最怕識人難, 最難看不透。看不透，人面咫尺隔千里，知人知心好難求。
人人都不想被看透, 卻又想看透別人。這是大自然不可或缺的自我保護意識, 跟經過思考後的行動是兩碼事。這意識本身是無分好壞的, 行動卻直接說明了一個人的性格。由於對方行動的不明確性, 人們害怕受傷害才把自己偽裝起來。反的來說, 一個人的好壞只有從其待人接物的行動中才能看出來。這需要時間。時間可以使人把經驗累積, 從而對眼前的這人作個總結。看到對方平時看不到的一那一面時是恐怖的, 但自己亦要做好看到時的準備。很多時, 人性的不完全非一個好壞了得。只有同心, 方能使關係變得融洽。
