SOL, I live like a few hours away from Virginia Beach and I've been there like 5 times(though i don't know why) and as far as beaches go, you picked a crappy one, but hey atleast its a beach. all i remember about that place is that there were hairy fat men, saggy women, and i got lost there.

actually my friends and I are pretty weird and I really can't help you with regards to the party scene here BUT I KNOW PEOPLE
I think Williamsburg is like an hour away, though

or

GO TO THE BEACH
but not now because my guess is it's kind of cold
