CAR TRANSFORMATION

I guess it has been quite some time since I last wrote on here! Some people have gotten onto me about how long it's been since I last posted a note on here ... about 3 months, but then I was searching on some of my other friends sights and noticed that some haven't posted in more than 3 months so I think I am good :)

So Here we are ... I am home in good ole Rolla now and relaxing like no one's business -- it's good to be able to sit down and relax like this and actually sit down and read a good book - since I haven't had much time to do that in a long time! I am excited my car should be ready for me to drive it to school finally - it's at the shop right now ... it's only been about 4 years since I haven't been able to drive on the interstate which is how long it's been since I started driving. because I didn't have what is known as the "interstate type car" mine was a "in town car" but it is undergoing a transformation as we speak now .. it's kinda like magic -- one minute your car is in town car and the next thing you know it's an interstate car --- yay and that makes my heart jump for joy -- if some of you can't tell yet I am excited to finally be able to be on my own and just drive!  But these past couple days I've been stuck at my house because my mom and dad are working during the day .. so pretty much I've had no choice but to be locked up in my home ... that's what makes me grateful to have a car -- the word is FREEDOM! No more mooching rides off of people ... I'm done with those days!!

Well I miss everyone at windermere! There are some amazing people there and I couldn't help but be sad when I left - because who knows when I will see them again...but on the bright side of things I have a car and I know how to use it now!! September 22nd is the windermere reunite!

The end of the year!

well it's that time summer is around the corner and I am super excited! Although I am going to miss everyone here at C of O! I will try to come back to visit if I get the chance to sometime!!  There's been some great times I recall that took place this semester -- there are some of the coolest people at C of O and if you don't go to C of O - you don't even know the coolest of all people! :) I feel so blessed that I am able to take part in such a wonderful school with such cool people ... so I think I said cool people like 10 times so far .. because I am cool like that --- hee

I am working at windermere this summer and I am really excited about it - I will be making money while I am having fun meeting new people and hanging out with some of the very cool people from C of O! I am super excited for this time!

I also am super excited about the cruise/mission trip we are going on the 14th through the 21st - it's coming up sooooo soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is going to be a great experience and a memorable experience - I get to ride in a plane and go on a cruise all in the same trip! :)

I'm almost done with all the finals .. only 2 more to go! :) One of the tests I just took is sitting on the table waiting to be graded at the steno pool, but I can't grade them obviously because I took the test but everybody else is busy grading other finals .. man I just want to know what I got it is killing me inside!

I hope all of your summers are super delightful and that God shines through your life and that he will teach you and strengthen you throughout the summer!

God has really shown me his love and presence lately ... just within this week .. finals haven't been too bad - and even a test I didn't even study for God showed me his love by letting the test be a partner test! YAY FOR PARTNER TESTS AND GOOD GRADES BECAUSE OF IT! I am excited to see God work in my life through all the summer activities and developing me into more of who he created me to be and an important thing I learned this weekend is dying to ourselves so God can take over! It is sooo amazing .. I can't even describe it - since I have really really let God take over -- this past weekend .. life has been soooo exciting! And there have been soo many blessings God has given me just because I took the me out of my self and I put the him into me to where he is the only one and it is not me.  That ceases to amaze me is how God can be in us and take away ourselves and cause us to be people of him and that we are all pieces of him and when all christians get together it is a picture of who he is! when time is overdue!

well here I am once again - I'm beggining to think that this xanga is turning into a monthly ritual now (except for november and december there was none) .. sorry I just haven't had any motivation since people don't post me back -- but I felt it need be time and it's overdue time that's what it is-

well I am in deep thought -- you know one of those times when your head really hurts because you are thinking so much .. yeah and the thing is you would ask me what am I thinking and the answer is "I don't even know what to think" well I am at home and it has been good to relax but it's just not the same - it's sad and a lot of my friends don't even talk to me anymore - it's like we are in two separate worlds - but I have enjoyed the time spent with people who things haven't changed - spring break has flown by and I don't think I got anything accomplished school wise -- yeah I definentally have 3 huge test on monday all back to back too and then in two weeks a 10 - 15 page paper is due and I am stressing out about it- which I don't understand why I'm not doing it now - who knows - if you do please send them my way because I would like to know who knows the real reason why I am not doing it -- oh well I heard from a friend who said he knew and he said it was because of a little thing called procrastination -- yeah I'm pretty sure that if there was a town named that I would live there or a state or even a country - I would probably be the president of the country and tell everyone - no deadlines on anything ... so there will be no need to worry about procrastination and if someone did something quickly - then they break the law and get thrown in jail --- lol sorry about the craziness but I bet there are a lot of people who feel the same way too!

well here's a verse I will leave you with.. Colossians 3:17 - And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him--- I guess that would mean I need to get started on mmy paper HAHA

so.. I pretty much found the coolest dance .. it is called the stomp dance -- yeah last night after Chi-Alpha we had so much fun learning the stomp dance ..  I can't get it out of my head -- I am doing it right now at the moment ---I would explain it to you if I really knew how to explain it on this little technology device - ohhh how I love technology, but not as much as you you see - I know that is an old song .. but I will always love "Napoleon Dynamite"  - so pretty much everything is going awesome and I am lovin' every bit of life .. God's given me an opportunity this semester to really play out what I want to do with my life in drama ministry .. I will be getting to do so many exciting things - Dare to be Beautiful - God will lead me in a drama for the retreat! I am soo excited to see what God has in store for me!  I am also on an intrumurals basketball team (I don't know how I got into that- but it is a lot of fun!!)

Oh and I can't forget -- -- Being a scottish warrior is oh so much fun -- and if you want to see us as scottish warriors .. come to the lypsink and watch the commercial during it .. we charge after people if you don't have your student ID card .. so I'd watch out if I were you ...if only you knew ...
