You would not so believe that people have to sell blood for their unexpected expences and /or medical fees. People , here in China, are generally referring to poor chinese farmers in remoted country sides. Unfortunitely, that's why Aids spreading !!!!!!!!! Government now aware the seriousness. It wuold be much worse to block out the news but to educate people to aware the precaution and not to look down the HIV carriers.
