I highly, highly, highly suggest everyone go see Snakes On A Plane. I can't remember ever laughing so much at the theater. Instant classic.

| So I'm sure at some point today all of you have wondered, I'd like to know what Case Keefer did this morning. Well, let me tell you. I woke up at 4:30 and then for four hours, I got to stuff and distribute the back to school issue of the paper.
Other than my unfortunate morning (it sucks a lot more than youd imagine), life is pretty good. Mainly because it's football season again. I've been so deprived, I can even sit and watch an entire pre-season game and be perfectly happy. Three more weeks and college and the NFL will be kicked off and in season. Can life get any better? I'm going to the Chiefs opener, mainly because it's against the Bengals and honestly, who doesnt want to see Carson Palmer's return, Week One of Chad Johnson's "Soap Opera" of Endzone Celebrations, DAVID POLLACK my favorite football player in what will be week one of his breakout season, plus I also hear this guy Larry Johnson is pretty efficient for the Chiefs. Ok, enough boring you with football talk.
I guess all the other good things are secondary to football but we are completely settled here at Hawk's Pointe, have all new and working appliances and school starts Thursday. I'm kind of ready. I'll be working at Educare everyday from 11-2 which I'm very much looking forward to, I shouldnt be getting paid to take care of awesome kids. All my classes are in the morning so by 2 everyday, work and school will be complete. Unless of course there's a woman's basketball game, in which case, I'll be sitting courtside taking notes leading up to another article the next day but I've got a while till I need to worry about that.
Unearth is definetly among the elite in the metalcore ranks. Another solid album. But if you really want a CD worth listening to I suppose you spend $3.40 and pick this shit up: http://revhq.com/store.revhq?Page=search&Id=RWR007 . Anthony bought me this CD and another for my birthday, can't stop listening to it. It's like my life story, check it out, especially "Warpath". Thanks Anthony.
The End.

| Well, it's my birthday. However, that was not today's sole event, Kansan orientation also started and they finally fixed our fucking air conditioning in our apartment.
I suppose with orientation this marks the official end of summer. But summer? I dont even know what the fuck that is anymore. Not to sound overly negative but seriously, summer is usually my favorite time of year and this time around, I feel like I completely missed it. I didnt spend my time doing any of the things I had come to cherish, anticipate, and repeat year after year. But that's not even what matters, the whole feeling and freedom of summer is gone. Instead of having the time of my life, on most days I woke up at 4:00 AM to go to work for 12 hours. Again, not that it was all negative. I did have a good experience as far as meeting interesting people, making quite a lot of money, and it kept me from being worthless. But come on, I never saw ANY of my friends, was NEVER outside, fuck, I think I only went to like four or five shows. What's the point of all of this? Shit, I don't know. I guess I'm finally understanding that growing up just plain out kind of sucks.
On the positive side, I did get to see the most important person to me nearly every day, got to spend a lot of time with my family who are now 799.50 miles away, AND I spent a fucking amazing vacation week in DC/Philadelphia with Tim and Christian. I can't complain but the times have changed and if I'm given too much time to think about it, it gets me down.
Did I mention moving? This was my last week day by day..... Monday-pack up all my stuff in the moving truck Tuesday-drive to Lawrence, bring all my shit into our new apartment Wednesday-HELL. Load up my entire mom's house into the biggest moving truck on the market AND an additional trailer Thursday-bring the rest of my loose ends and Traci's big stuff to Lawrence. Start to unpack my stuff. Friday-help Traci move into her house. Saturday-present-Continue to unpack and organize all my stuff.
Alright, enough of me wasting time on Xanga. I did get an Xbox 360 for my birthday, so Ill go waste time on it instead. Thank you to THE TONS of you that wished me a happy birthday. It means a lot, seriously.
