aite, itz finally time to say GOODBYE to SOUTH CAROLINA! i surely will miss the laid back life i have here, and of course, as says on the SC license plate, "Beautiful Places, Smiling Faces," i'll surely miss all the places and faces of SC.  what else? i'll miss shopping at wal-mart during late nite, lol...even tho i haven't done that much since i came back to the states; i'll miss all my frenz, the little girls who all call me "jei jei," sweet tea, my coworkers, Miyako (both gville & sptg), american-style sushi roll + jap food, kimchi + tofu soup, thai ice-tea, american tv shows, american idol, late nite shopping at wal-mart, hehee...etc.  

anywayz, i'll be leaving sc in a couple of hours, time to head back to the reality, time to go back to "hell." as dora said, lol.... i'm so sure that the first thing my eldest sis say to me will be, "how was ur trip? did u get me anything? by the way, ur vacation is over, it's time for u to look for a job."  we'll see...that shall happen on sunday when our family have lunch.  if this is a bet, i'm so gonna bet all i have on it.  if this really happens, aint it gonna be so sad and gay? oh wellz, i can't care too much abt that for now, i still have a couple of days before i see her.  all i wanna do is to have fun on my bday, and hellz yeah, seeing my frenz back in hk is the most important thing, lol...

yesterday, went shopping with the ng family and we took tiffany and vanessa with us.  before we went shopping, i was helping vanessa with her math hw had helped her studying for her civil war midterm exam.  this gal luvs me a lot, she wouldn't stop holding my hands after we left the restaurant.  so basically, my left hand was always holding tiffany's hand, and my right hand was constantly holding vanessa's hand.  i luv the both of them, they are good kids, esp. vanessa, who treats tiffany as her own lil' sis (as both their parents are somewhere in the states, but not SC).  vanessa was asking if i'd come back to sc for her bday, i told her i wasn't sure, i didn't wanna make any empty promises to this lil' gal.  she hella reminds me of jordan, lol... jordan always tells me she doesn't want me to leave sc.  and there was this one time when we were in atlanta, the first thing she said after she woke up from her nap during our car ride was, "where's rosanna jei jei." hehee... i dunno, it just means a lot to me when i know all these lil' gals like me.

today, spent my afternoon with the ng family in gville, then visited the ppl at sushi masa and said "bye" to them.  saw eiko-san (my ex-boss' wife), and she was able to recognize me rite away! after that, went over to paul's restaurant, and had some thai food.  i didn't eat much coz' i was hella full from the tom yum goong i had.  thx howie for the din & paul for the sake.  after sweet basil, went up to sptg miyako with david and willy.  jonattan came over as well.  i really appreciated how they all came all the way to sptg to have din with me, so that i could see karina one last time before i leave, esp. david and willy, they came back from clemson, and had to head back down there after din.  the din was karina's treat, thx boss, who's also my real good fren!

time to leave the 864 and head back to the other side of the world, the 852... i'll be leaving here on wed morning, oh man, i dun wanna leave yet.  well, i was planning to go back to CA for a week rite before i head back to hk, but sth has happened to someone over here in SC, and so i've decided to stay here during my last week.  i'll definitely try to go back to CA again sometime this year

anywayz, had my last drinking nite with the boys at their apt in clemson on sat.  it was fun, drank till 7am again (yup, wtf, huh? drank till the sun rose from the darkness, drank like there was no tomolo, lol).  we killed all the liquors that we had, lol....thanks to our bartender David for making us all the drinks and shots!  jonattan and i, the non-clemson ppl spent a nite at their apt and he dropped me off at home last nite.

i might needa go back to hk next week as i might be going back to attend charlotte and james' wedding party.  there's no way that i could make it for the 1st day of the party, so i'll try to go back for the following day's f&b party.  afterall, i really wanna attend their party as they're 2 of the best and cool managers at amc.  congradulations to this couple who are turning their 10 year long relationship into another chapter of life!   

there are 2 other weddings coming up in the first half of 2007, and non of the weddings are gonna be held in hk, lol....

what else? i was told that someone likes me, hehee...itz hella funny coz' this is the least expected person, lol... he's one of the guys in the band who was playing at gville miyako last time.  and yes, he'll be there tomolo again as we're gonna have another live band nite tomolo since the last one was so successful.  and of course, barrit requested me to work with 'em coz' he likes working with me, and apparently, he's frenz w/ that dude who likes `me.  oh...i have his pix in one of my previous entries, he's the guitarist.  i told ms kitty kwan abt it, and she said i have "seductive eyes," lol... i couldn't stop laughing, lol, it was 1 of the funniest things i've heard recently.

anywayz, i gotta stop writing coz' baby leilah wouldnt let me use the computer, she's been pointing at the monitor and the keyboard, telling me, "jei jei, no more! no more!"  aite, i'll listen to u once, honey, i'm gonna leave the computer alone since thatz what u want, hehee....

when was the last time i updated my xanga? hmm...itz been more than a week since i last updated.  well, i was pretty busy last week as phyllis was back in town, and i worked 3 nites last week.  so now, im free again as phyllis is gone and david + the others are back in clemson, and therefore, i have the urge to update my xanga again.  anywayz, received a phone call from jeff yesterday and he asked me when am i leaving.  i was quite suprised that he called, hehee... hopefully he'll come back to SC from TN before i head back to hk. 

well, nth much has happened since last week apart from working, having fun, and kicking it with everyone here.  now that life is back to normal, is time for me to go on a diet to shed off those extra pounds i've gained since xmas, lol.. i swear, going on a diet is extremely difficult, but hey, i can't go home with all these extra pounds i've gained overtime, lol... speaking about going home, this is not an easy decision for me to make.  i dunno...there's part of me that really wanna go back to hk, but on the other hand, there's also part of me that think staying in the states ain't too bad.   oh wellz, whatever... i still needa go back to frisco sometime soon, at least before ppl over there decided to fly over to sc to kidnap me as i've promised ppl over there that i'll definitely go back for a while, hehee....

anywayz, no more insomnia for me, yeah!! what helps to cure my insomnia? hehee... the answer is in my sms inbox of my cell phone.  thx for sending me the txt msg altho i'm not quite sure if u really do mean it, lol... perhaps u're lying, but hey, i'm still happy to receive 'em

monday: as said in my last entry, went to aunt ada and uncle young's house for lunch.  my goodness...our lunch was like a dinner!  we had spaghetti and steak, lol... and after that, we had red bean dessert...darn, i was hella full!  after lunch, chatted w/ aunt ada for quite a long time while i was opening my letters that were sent to their house.  and yeah, i'd finally received my new wells fargo check card as the old one expired nearly half year ago.  we left at around 4:30pm, then we headed to seneca for the hot pot dinner.  ate so much again, lol...the dumplings were hella good, and i couldn't stop eating that, hehee... and what else? of course the most important thing was being able to see wendy 1 last time before she headed back to toledo.  oh...wendy's dad was hella cool, hehee... 5 minutes after i arrived at the party, he was like, "i heard u can drink a lot, let's start drinking some beers." and i was like, "wow....ok." so uncle paul (i should say brother paul, lol), david, and i started drinking.  at around 11-ish, i started to feel hella tired and sleepy coz' i hadn't been having enough sleep (prolly coz' of insomnia or jet lag, i dunno, whichever), however, we didn't leave seneca till nearly 1am.  it was all good, i had fun that nite, spending xmas here in sc w/ wendy and david was definitely sth different and new, lol...

tuesday: i was trained to be a bartender by jeremy.  barending is fun, i actually do like it a lot, lol... prolly coz' i like to drink, and thatz y i like batending.  obviously, i didn't get to learn a lot on that day coz' the restaurant got kinda busy, and i was helping the 2 waitresses as a food-runner & bussed tables.

wednesday: went to haywood mall w/ karina and jordan again coz' karina needed to return sth at banana republic.  then i bought a pair of jeans at pac sun, and that was it.  loi and tsun came to look for us, and we went to pho 99 for dinner.  the 2 davids decided to go bowling, and i decided to stay w/ karina at g'ville miyako.  i was hella tired coz' i had insomnia the nite before, and i barely had 4 hours of sleep (including my afternoon nap), it sux, for realz!  i was being quite anti-social coz' of my exhaustion, and barrit even asked me y i was being so quiet (yeah, coz' i'm always so loud, lol).  so barrit chatted w/ me while he was preparing for his closing duties while i was slowly sipping my gin tonic.  he was telling me his past r/l probz w/ kelly and his recent marriage w/ his wife.  wow...hella complicated!  in late evening, i talked to kitty on the phone, and made me wanna go back to san francisco to see this lover of mine, lol....  i really wanna see everyone back in CA, i miss everyone there!  i'll be coming back to frisco before i head back to hk, wait for me there!!

thursday: the ng family came back to sc from portugal, i'll no longer be home alone and no longer needa remind myself to feed the fish everyday, lol... had dinner w/ the david and tsun at "house of chang", then we went to downtown.  we left at 2am when they closed, and i went to david's house to drink more as i had a suprising news for him, thus, i had to crash at david's place coz' he wouldn't be able to take me back to duncan.  hehee... he just couldn't believe what i told him and he couldn't stop laughing abt it. 

friday: at 1pm, david went down to the living room to wake me up as we had to pick phyllis up from the airport at 3:30pm.  after david had gotten ready to leave his place, it was nearly 2pm.  he took me home to get ready, and we left howie's at 3pm and headed to the airport.  we had lunch at chick-fil-a (yummi...missed it so much...reminded me of high school) after we picked up phyllis.  then david went to work while phyllis and i went to the mall.  in the evening, phyllis and i went to paul's restaurant, and we were drinking there with 2 of his frenz and his cousin till 3am.  it was a good day for me coz' i had received some text messages in the evening from him that hella did cheer me up

saturday: spent my day w/ phyllis as the boys went down to charleston in the morning, and they won't come back till monday.  went to lieu's for lunch, then hung out at phyllis'.  in the evening, we went to g'ville miyako as phyllis wanted to visit karina.
