Work and work... and work... 忙裡偷閒!

Many days have gone that I haven't written any new entry. I had training, course and many things to do.

On Thursday night, I ran up hill to Fei Nog Shan for training. The route is about 10.5 km. Total ascent was about 700 m. About four-ten of the route is up hill and the left is down. I spent 41 minutes and 37 seconds for running up hill and 30 minutes and 14 seconds more to finish the whole route. Moreover, I had ran 4 times of 400m athletic field. Three times of runnings were before the running up hill for warm-up running. And the last time was for cooling down the muscles.

On Friday, it was a school day for Form 6 students. It was the day for discussing paper. The results are 44/100 for CLC, 47/100 for Physics, 26/50 for AM paper one and 17/50 for AM paper 2. I still don't need to re-exam since the overall result of AM paper 2 is 20/50.

Furthermore, I had a meteorology course that night.The course was started at 7 p.m. and was ended  at 10 p.m..  The atmosphere wasn't bad but I was tired that I wanted to sleep. However, I hadn't. There are two course works for everyone. One is group work and the other is individual work. The deadline is on Wednesday.I still haven't started.

This day was just for me to relax. I went back school for playing basketball. However, it was rainning all day. I only played basketball with a short time.
