Once again I cannot fall asleep.

As I was going through some old photos I found these...
My god...
For German class we had a ginger bread house making project.
My friend and I decided to do a cathedral.
I thought I was going to die doing this thing, but I guess it was a good thing that we were both very artsy.
Otherwise we probably would have never finished it.

Details.
*We actually made the ginger cracker/bread
*We made the frosting...
*There are stain glass windows... I don't really remember what we made that out of...fruit roll ups?
*Chocolate angel statues. We melted the chocolate, froze it, and carved it ourselves. (and let me tell you it took a hell of a lot of chocolate)
*The towers are covered in cracker crumps.



We worked so hard for so many days and nights...
And in the end...
I think they were all thrown out...

Once again I am having problems falling asleep...
It's been a couple of weeks.

I want to sleep.

Have you ever went back through all your xanga entries and felt embarrassed about the things you wrote about?

Have you ever done that and still for some odd reason smiled to yourself while reading those old entries?

So many memories...

How can you not smile?

A whole month...month and a half? since school's been out...
and I haven't touched a single pencil or brush.
