hey, well havnt updated in forever n prolly wont so justl eave comments or check out the myspace . well all i've been doin lately is workin out n playing ball n hanging out with my girl which is the bestest ever. so nothing really else to say but HAPPY 4 MONTHS TO ME N STEF  yea shes pretty much the best girl in the whole entire world n shes just the greatest. well nothing else to say soo later

what up? soo the week was pretty good i guess, won 2 out of 3 basketball games, well coaching that is, so not bad, and saw stefanie for 2 weeks straight OOOOO YEEAAA!!=) that girl is the greatest.. sooo on friday stefanie came over and we just hung out n watched bad boys 2 the greatest movie alive even tho she didnt like it that much. then on saturday i had speed camp n all that, n then just went over to stefs for a while n played hide n seek and watched madagascar with her(the things i do for her jeeze) well it was a grand ol time n then on sunday went to church n spelled her stuff n then went up to the sgc n did the basketball thing w/ my dad and did some drills n the n i went over to stefanies for a while n played more hide n seek n played video games n dominated in them. today was kinda boring, nothing special just school n then workouts, tomorrow i have another panther power game at well idk

havnt really been doing much just coaching my panther power team, we are 1-2 not bad. we have a game tonite soo we will see what happens. this week pretty much just hung out n did homework n worked out. on friday i went over to stefanies n watched fun w/ dick and jane n then did puzzles haha n then on saturday i had to mow n go to the speed and agility camp n then went over to jantzens for a lil but hten i went home n went to the mall to get my basketball shoes n then when i got home i went over to stefs again n watched remember the titnas w/ her n her lil sis it was fun. On sunday which was easter i went to church, hung out w/ the family, went and played some ball a lil n then i went to stefanies house and had an easter egg hunt that she made me get dominated in but then me n her just hung out n played wrestling games w/ al n drew.prolly wont update for a while so later

well havnt been doing much, just working out, playing ball n hangign out w/ stefanie well on thursday we had our first panther power practice, and me n jantzens team is gunna do pretty well this year, we have a lot of good lil kids yeahhhhhh. n it helps me n him r the best coaches ooo yea, well yesterday stef came over for a while n we just watched tv n played video games hah=) n then today i had speed n agility camp n then i helped my dad n then i went over to stefanies for a while n just hung out there, shes basically the best ever...couldnt ask for anyone better. my first panther power game is monday at the SGC @ 600 come support the BEARCATS!
