親愛的耶穌

謝謝祢的提醒和教導。我們每天的確總在扮演可能傷害人或受人傷害的角色。求祢常在我們身旁給予敏銳的指引，讓我們不遺忘自己是有耳可聽就應當聽的。求祢約束我們，當我們不經意的製造傷害時，求祢堅強我們，當我們脆弱的面對傷害時。願祢的旨意行在地上如同行在天上。

親愛的天父

感謝祢經常的鼓勵與安慰。在我信靠的日子裏，感謝幫助我回到祢的身邊，認定祢的牽領。儘管我還任性和迷惘，但請我敬畏的神一直帶領著，讓我不再迷失。

Impatience can be costly. I know i have made many costly mistakes because of  my impatience. But there is no excuse for being irritable and impetuous with others.

The fruit of the Spirit includes "Longsuffering" and "Self control". I would like to ask the Holy Spirit to help me develop these characteristics.
