| so i've been working out a lot here lately - slow and steady does it. it's been quite some work to finally see results. i have gained a little weight; however, for the most part, i've been maintaining my weight.

| the Lord is faithful. i've definitely been going into new depths in Him. feels so nice. i love where the Lord is directing me. its almost as if i'm doing that of which i've never thought was capable. lots of change - internal and external. and more to come. the most exciting thing is that change MUST take place when in His presence. i'm so hungry to live in that presence... to completely die to my flesh, accept His overflowing mercy, and be that living sacrifice. as we learn to exchange our garments for His, we are transformed into His likeness. amen!! | life.. it's tough. i wouldn't have it any other way. the Lord has been showing me some really good stuff here lately. i'm totally in awe of His goodness. as i'm approaching graduation from my college career and moving into the next step of life, i'm just amazed at who i used to be in comparison to who i am today. these past four years have been more than a blessing. PRAISE GOD FOR REPENTANCE!! completely change my mind.. my thought processes.. my convictions. give me your heart completely, oh Lord!
i'm really eager to jump into my future, but i know that He has wonderful things for me right now. i'm ready to tackle them, and learn what He has for me. i don't want to miss anything.
all in all.. i'm pleased with where i'm at. the Lord is good, and all too faithful. thank you all for your continued love, support, and prayer! i love each of you. <>< | | |
| i just got off of work, it's spring break, and now i have a paper to write. not just any paper, but a 20 page paper. what i should do is stay up all night and just finish it now.. we'll see how that goes. i would love to actually do that. it's just so intimidating. and i don't get intimidated very easily. that's it, i'm going to do it. work on it now, go to church, and finish it off tonight. no sleep. "Allow no sleep to your eyes, no slumber to your eyelids." proverbs 6:4.
God has just been blessing me over and over. i've felt so liberated in Him today. and it's been such an enjoyable break. the Lord is good, and Him mercy endures! He really is teaching me more and more of who He is and His likeness. it is so nice to know that being just like Jesus IS ACHIEVABLE! it may be so elementary, but huge revelation. the same Holy Spirit that lead and directed the Lord, is the same Holy Spirit that dwells within us!
praise Him. thank You, Lord that your mercies are made new every morning!
ps - i've been the top server at chili's natchitoches for the past two weeks, and also have been named the front of house employee of the month for february.
