Dead tired after driving for 300 miles today, but it was fun, thank God for keeping us safe. I love the Old Faithful Geyser of California.

I had a "quantity and quality" lunch with 7 "friendly lunch buddies" from church. Then, I remember this devotional a few days ago.

Went to swim after work today, which I haven't done for a few years. It was quite exhausting in the first few laps, but it got pretty good after I got the rhythm. It's a 50m long pool (a rare kind), and I was able to finish 12 laps.

The biggest motivation to swim again is somebody said I am getting fat. Hopefully I can continue to exercise and get back to shape.

Different comments I received about my new haircut:
  • Wow, you have a new haircut!
  • 潮男承 - sound like some 潮州菜館
  • You cut your hair again?!
  • Oh, I didn't notice you cut your hair bor
  • You have 決心 to change your old hairstyle
  • You look younger
I don't know if it's good or not, oh well, I have no way to undo it

Taught Sunday School the 3rd time in 5 weeks, but will teach again in 5 weeks, I'm gonna miss them, hope and pray they have learned and enjoyed my class.

"Contest is a lion fight. So chin up, put your shoulders back, walk proud, strut a little. Don't lick your wounds, celebrate them. The scars you bear is a sign of a competitor. You're in a lion fight, Stevens, just because you didn't win doesn't mean you don't know how to roar."
