| Just got back from Region II Cup up in Wisconsin this morning around two. I had a lot of fun and met some really nice people. I was glad to come home because the beds at the dorms were hard as a rock and I got to drive my car for the first time. I got a 2003 Honda Accord. It's really nice and actually looks brand new inside. 
I'm just glad I finally got a car. Anyway, I have to unpack and wash all the crap I brought with me which is a ton. My brother has bought way too many fireworks. He's decided that he'll blow them up tommorow because he will be working on July 4th. Hope everybody is having a great summer. | | |
| WHY?It seems as if everything is going wrong for me (health-wise). I
had to get another cortizone shot in my knee yesterday because of
inflammation and the doctor went in too deep. Then, he told me I
have shin splints because I tried to get back to soccer too fast -
well, what was I supposed to do, wait around to get in shape?
Next, he told me I could have some edema which means my body is
retaining extra water. Finally, I'm going back to the hospital
for another scan on Thursday to try and figure out what is going on
with my abdominal region, now that we know my stomach is fine.
Geez, out of the nine days I have at home before I leave again, I have
multiple doctors appointments. Just wonderful! I am having
fun out of town, so it is not like my summer is real crappy.

| The gastrointestinal endoscopy shows that I have damage in my
esophagus, but my stomach is alright. The doctor is concerned
because I had more "episodes" while I was on the new, stronger
medicine. So, I have to go to the hospital again tommorow and
have an ultra sound of my abdomen. He thinks I could have a
gallbladder problem. Who knows? I can't eat or drink after
midnight again and my ultra sound is at 3:00 pm. I was supposed
to leave for Wichita tommorow, but I have to do this first so we can
make sure I don't have anything seriously wrong other than my esophagus
damage. Have a great summer to all the underclassmen who finished
school today.

| I haven't felt this giddy and excited in a year. Matt called me
and it was crazy. So, I don't know what is going on, but I do
know we are going to spend quite a bit of time together this
summer. YEA!

| Long time...
Now that I have graduated, I love my life. I wake up around
eight, go for a run, make an awesome lunch, watch TV, and then go
referee. It is AMAZING!!! Tommorow is going to include an
awesome Greek birthday party with Melissa. Yesterday we got all
the door prizes and they are funny! I go into the hospital next
Tuesday at 7:00 in the morning - AHHHH! It's so early.
Then, I leave June 1st for refereeing in Wichita. CRAZY - time
just flies by. This semester, I ended up with all A's and one B
in Calculus! Woohoo! Hope everybody's summer goes
