i suck.

if i don't do well on eating then i don't post what i've eaten.

but that's going to change.  because i need to actually seeee what i'm eating.  think about it in retrospect.  all that good stuff. 

then maybe (hopefully) i'll be able to not eat what i want because i know i'll have to tell everyone and i don't want to be embarrassed.

anyways.  here's todays.  it wasn't that good.  could have been a lot worse.

intake:
b:  hot pocket (340)
l:  sonic chicken strip wacky pack (210) fries (210)
d:  pizza casserole (about 400)
s:  half bag m&m's (120)

total:  1,280

how terrible is that.  i didn't even get any exercise. 

what am i going to do with myself?

i need a plan for summer band. and i need it to be good.

i got up late this morning.  about 12:30.

anyways, i wasn't real hungry until my boyfriend asked me if i had any dreams about chocolate cake!  what kind of question is that!?  he's such a silly boy. 

but after that i got hungry and so i had a hot dog. 

since i have to work tonight it won't be hard for me not to have to eat dinner.  except the shakes at work.

i work at a diary bar, which is like a privately owned dairy queen.  my job is to take money and make milkshakes, malts, sundays, banana splits, snow comes.  any ice cream that is ordered.  which is aaaaa lloootttt.

and it's all sooo goood!

but a small chocolate shake has 1,030 calories.

on top of that we get any food/icecream we want for free.

if i can just stick to my diet pepsi i drink while i'm there hopefully it will distract any hunger until i can get home and eat something that doesn't have over 300 calories in it.

i have to get back to this.  i suckkkkkkkk at it. 

i'm fat.

my jeans are tight.

flab hangs over the edges.

long time no update for me..sorry about that.

but i just kinda got bored with the whole losing weight and getting unfat. 

then my 'big sis' becca said, "oh my gosh lisa! are you losing weight!?  you look great!!"

and that made me think, 'ew, i'm still fat.'

so, hi ho hi ho it's back to dieting i go.

today are my colorguard tryouts.  and i'm kinda pretty nervous.

period time! 

now that i'm not as overweight, i think it may become *gasp* regular again!!

oh well

max came over today and then we went to lisas party, then back to my house.

all i ate was:

a slice of pizza
2 cheetos
half a cookie
a half a sandwich piece
and a slice of cake (which was purged)

and i'm still at 145 thankfully cause the days before this sucked baaad!

but now i don't think i'll reach my goal of the ten pounds fifteen days thing.

ohhhh well
