| Well, I'm back from Colorado and (almost) completely moved into my new house! It has been fun so far, with many adventures, but it has also given me a huge appreciation for a mom's cooking.
So..... there was definately a mouse in my closet. AND I have become very adept at capturing crickets with the designated cricket cup. I'm so glad I live with Ashy! She is my favorite roomie of all time.
Everyone at work is pretty appreciative of me now ever since I got back from vacation. Apparently the boys don't know how to close the lobby in a timely manner. Plus, they don't even do a good job cleaning. Pretty sure... DUMB.
Although we don't have an exact date yet, Ashley and I are going to be throwing a kind of Back-to-School party at our awesome house. We'll keep you posted! | | |
| Hello from colorful Colorado! I hope you are all having a lovely summer. I've been just outside Denver for 4 days now, and I have just over a week left in this cool state. Actually, it's pretty funny because my relatives keep talking about how hot it is..... I say they don't know what heat is until they've spent a summer in MO. Anyway, it's been lovely, actually getting slightly chilly in the evenings. It's been great. I'm here for a family reunion, and it's so nice to see my cousins again. Oh, I was so proud of myself today. I won a game of Monopoly. Usually my cousins Tyson or Bryan win, but I beat them. Ha ha ha ha. It was fun. I've just been relaxing and eating a ton. I feel slightly like a bum, but it's been a wonderful and NEEDED vacation. I'll try to send some of these cool breezes toward Missouri.  | | |

| I feel a little better today, but I'm still running a fever of 101 degrees. I ate a little dry toast this morning with no disastrous results, so that's an improvement. I'm also not coughing as much.
Ashley, maybe with me gone you'll get in some more good practice time today.
Oh, and thanks to all of you who left the mass voice mail for me. It cheered me up greatly. | | |
