Has anyone else noticed this???

So I was on my facebook today and glanced down at my friends list and almost every one of the profile pictures was a couple!  Does it seem like everyone else is dating someone?  What is the deal, all of the sudden people just decide, "OK everyone else is finding someone, now I will too."  I am happy for my friends that have found someone but seriously, why are they all getting boyfriends or girlfriends?

Spring Break

The week before last I had spring break and went to New Orleans to help with hurricane clean up.  It was so hard but so wonderful.  We stayed in an empty warehouse in the 9th ward (BAD part of town) on camping cots--the big room that housed most of the girls was affectionately known as "The Cot Castle: The Squeakiest Place on Earth"  Not far from the levee that broke.  We got to go to the French Quarter and look around--that was on our free day, the rest of the week we gutted houses.  The first house was soooo gross because it hadn't been touched since the hurricane. The mold came in many, many colors!!!! Green, yellow, orange, black, white!!! We wore masks but had to change them at noon cause they were gray from the mold.  We pulled out soooo much debris!!!  the lines for the showers were ridiculous so most of our group took water bottle showers---very cold!!!! Instead of bathrooms we had portapotties and pump sinks.  Good times!  God taught me so much that week about what i really value!  These people have lost everything but they were still happy.

So this week I spent an exobinant amount of time studying!!!! It was ridiculous!!!!!!!  But it mostly paid off because I got a B on one test and I think I did pretty good on the other test.

Tracy Johnson is discipling me and we are going through first John---so convicting.  We end up doing the lesson and getting off on rabbit trails!!!!!

This is a really random enty but I felt like I should put something out there!
