To Drink or Not

I have this wine.  It's been around for many year.  I don't know why I don't drink it.  It just hides in the closet instead of sitting out in the pantry like the other good wines.  Maybe it's a loner? I remember that it was a good wine and I liked it a lot. I had it at a vineyard in Cali and got a bottle.  For some reason it was saved.  It's a white wine so it'll be bad now, right? Hm...  I've thought of opening the bottle multiple times, but never could bring myself to do so. Maybe I'm still dreaming of a dream long long time ago and still waiting for a dream to come true.

Last weekend, I received an interesting advice. Don't lose hope. Don't become like her. How much you may admire her, don't become her. Keep dreaming and keep hoping and it's better to dream of a fairy tale than to lose hope. Interesting... To hear this when it's most relevant.

Wow... there sure are interesting funny things online.  I was looking for recipes on how to make gnocchi from scratch when I ran across a website that has a video on how to make a gnocchi.  On the left hand side, there is a list of category and the first thing is Valentine's day. Guess what other type of video is there??? lol

Credit Card

Do you have American Express card?  Get it!  They always give me amazing service.  I love that credit card. 

Have you heard of their buyer's assurance plan that is a feature of the card?  I have this terrible iPod.  It was so expensive when I bought it and it kept giving me problems ALL THE TIME!  I kept getting it fixed, but it kept breaking.  Finally, of course after the 1 year warranty was up, they tell me that they can't fix it.  Oh great.  What a wonderful company to not give me replacement while I was under warranty and tell me that this problem is suppose to have been replaced by warranty only after I'm out of warranty.  TERRIBLE IPOD!

After almost a month of frustration, all of sudden I remembered enjoying a box of yummy jelly beans of all different flavors AMEX mailed me last Christmas along with a list of all their credit card features.  I dug up the pamphlet and called up AMEX's buyer's assurance plan.  After explaining the situation and filing a claim, they AMAZINGLY refund me the entire amount I paid of that cr**!  Totally unexpected.  I didn't expect anything to come out of it, especially since I had bunch other complicating situations about this.  But, they figured it ALL OUT!  After that one call, they did all the research and verified everything and gave me such a pleasant surprise.  WOW!  Amazing customer service. 

Get and use American Express.  Buy all your valuables with it!  I'm so happy!  They are wonderful!  There are many credit cards out there, but only this one card has ever provided me with so much satisfaction.  This is an example of one in many other problems they helped me solve.
