How it Works
1. I will judge the layouts. There will be no voting! 2. There is only 1 round in each contest. 3. Since there is only 1 round, There may be another layout that is just as good as the top 3. That layout will be considered as a tie with one of the ranks. (the quality of the layout will decide which rank for it to tie with) 4. If you enter a contest, please subscribe. Why? I want people to enter my contests. If you subscribe, you won't forget about my site, and you'll come back to join more contests.  5. I judge on how eye-popping the layout is and how easy the layout is to use. Also, I will judge on the colors. If the colors go good together, you have a good shot at winning. I'm not into layouts that have super bright pastel colors where you can barely read the words & links. If you want to win, make the layouts easy to use, yet colorful & creative.
Rules

2. Submit your work on time
3. Please don't put your name on icons.
4. I don't make banners for people saying "you won at so and so's contest site!" so you can make your own if you want one .

6. If you already have a layout/icon/banner of the category for the contests, you do not have to make a new layout/icon/banner. Just submit your already-made entry. Remember, only submit icons/layouts/banners that YOU made.
