短池錦標賽：

200 breast: 2:26.4 (3rd)

100 breast: 1:08.14 (4th)

50 breast: 31.28 (5th)

First time for me to get a bronze in champ, it is a good result, right?

I am so happy that i can keep improving in every competitons~keep going!

I don't practise well in the days before champ...4-6 times a week, sleep late....i only get back to right condition two weeks before, but these are good results for me...

ma sir's program is good for 200m but.....they are so boring...sometimes i dont want to follow~but i have to keep training, poiting to get a higher position in HK~

I also got two gold in open free and IM relay:

4x50 free last leg (25.7)

4X50 IM breast leg (31.12) <quite good result~

thx my teamates: yin, fung, and bin~ they give me a chance to get two golds in champ~i never get any gold medals before, really thx them~~

星期五學界．．．超開心呀～

有三個牌，第二，第三，第四～

200 蛙: 2:30~(pb)~good! 1st runner up~

100 蛙: 1:09'9~get suck~ 3rd runner up~

im relay: 1:54~2nd runner up~ 31'7 in breast leg~~

really good result this year......i got the highest point in Wah Yan A grade~

and also.......50 100 & 200 蛙紀錄保持者 in Wah Yan~haha~

and thx gabby for supporting me on the day before interschool ^^
