好耐無寫xanga,實在比較忙. 讀書個陣如果有8點半堂,真唔take,除非係compulsory無計,但都會遲下到.依家返工日日返8半,竟然成日8點3到公司,真係心態唔同左 !! 11月15號行grad ceremony, 係真正告別學生身份既一刻, 3年咁就完左.

前2日0岩0岩完左個幾重要既present,係總結返我地MT係過去3個月學左0的咩,覺得公司有咩可以改善,或者有咩新既生意機會. 本來都覺得做得唔錯,但後來我地差唔多每個MT都俾自己依家ROTATE緊既DEPT HEAD 照肺,話我地對佢地有彈無讚,太過係低下員工層面講野.簡單黎講即係話我地係大老細面前"插"佢地. 唉, 呢0的真係工作經驗唔夠,我地仲以為自己己經好含蓄,好LIGHT咁去反映問題,點知係佢地眼中係咁"痛"既. 睇黎我地第2個PRESENT要小心字眼.

係HK做野真係奇怪, 睇新聞話6成港人OT成習慣.唔經唔覺我做左3個幾月,由放5點半,到6點半,到依家日日7點半,好似完全上哂身. 我其它MT仲顛,有0的11點,12點. 我原來己經係最早0個個. 到底搞咩啊!!!! 不過其實如果真係咁多野,留耐0的都正常既, 鬼叫HK競爭咁大, 自己都要有定位.

I have worked in KL for almost 2 weeks, all things are fresh for me. Actually, we are really a long term investment for the company. During the first 3 months of work, our main role is "Observation". We have no production at all. We just rotate to different depts weekly and learn their basic daily opearations. Reading materials and checking email are two main duties for us. Therefore, we always can leave on time while other colleagues have to work overtime. Ivy Wong, the senior HR manager, has mentioned that " many ex MTs would say the 9 depts rotations are a "honey moon " for MTs," then, the on job training will be very intensive and harsh."

I am now in the opearation department, serving LV and Philip Morris. They are some of the most troublesome clients for KL. Last monday, i could touch, pick even throw LV products, haha, so good feeling. Philip Morris is a cigarette company, their products are strictly supervised by custom. We have to report to them almost every action.

Daily warehouse opearations are quite routine but necessary. I can say a well equipped logistican must know that knowledge. Then, Kreight, Distribution , Trading and mechandising, and Sales skill, they are also waiting for u. Then, the whole supply chain is in front of u. Then, the bright future comes true....But its a long time struggle!!
