life is harsh and too short. live it out.

So two days ago, i come home from school. My mom fills me in on some info that i wouldnt expect to hear. My cousin got into a car accident and totalled her car, and my uncle was struck by a car as he was crossing the street. I was told that he's been in the emergency room all night. The next day, after getting off work early, my mom told me that my uncle didn't make it. It put me in complete shock. I didn't know what to do, how to feel. I just sat there stunned. At home, the rest of the night wasn't the same. So my parents went down philly to visit my aunt to see how she was doing. From what i heard, she was pretty upset. I don't even know what to do. I cut track today because there was just too much going on, i couldn't handle it. I doubt i'll even be at practice tomorrow. But what can I do? Nothing. That's life, and it was too soon for him to go. I just hope that everything will be ok for my aunt because i respect her so much. She's always been there to help me and lecture me on how the things I do aren't what I'm supposed to be doing, and what i shouldn't be focusing on. I know things aren't going to be the same for her, but i really hope that she will be alright.
