You know that one slimquick commerical where the man diets and he gets stick skinny while the woman diets and she loses her boobs ? That's me ! I noticed this week that due to the weight loss my chest has deflated a bit. I'm finally able to button my shirt. That is huge for me ! Now if only my stomach will deflate too.

I am currently 2 pounds away from reaching my goal for the month. If everything goes according to plan there will be a nice shopping spree this summer. Can't wait.

People can't say it enough but drinkings lots of water really does help you lose weight...only problem is...you're going to the bathroom every 2 to 3 hours.

My co-workers probably think something's wrong with me.

It's suppose to be sunny and in the 50's to 60's this weekend. I'm going to soak in as much of the warm weather as I can. I know I sure miss it ! Most of the snow in our yard has melted already. ** Please god, no more snow !! **

I need a new blog site, not feeling xanga anymore. I'll still keep this account open but I need a new home. Got any suggestions ?

Birthing....

http://thebusinessofbeingborn.com/trailer.htm

Have any of you heard of rikki lake's movie above or seen it ? I am rather interested now...as the husband and I don't exactly agree w/the birthing procedures/standards use in hospitals these days. I think it's very important for all of us to be more educated on what types of alternatives are out there and which one is best for us.

After I had my son, I thought to myself "why was all of this (diff types of drugs, tests, commotions, etc. ) necessary?". My mom birthed her children "naturally" back in the old country and never suffered any type of complications. I even have a cousin-inlaw (here in the u.s.) who was brave enough to home birth both her children with a midwive by her side.

One of my goals this year is to be more "green" or "natural" in everything we do from food, cleaning products, toys, clothes, to home remedies...etc..

Maybe I should put birthing on the list too.

*** Geez, can you tell how badly I've abandoned my xanga ? Will update it soon. ***
