Yes!  It has been a very long time since I have posted.  I just took a break, that's all.  I have had to go back to work for someone else again.  It's not so bad though....I'm working at the Outback Steakhouse as a server.  It's a lot of fun and I like that fact that I'm back serving again.  I've always been good at it and enjoy it very much.  M is working our chocolate shop by himself for now.  It's easy because it's the "dog days" of summer around here and there is hardly anyone tourist or otherwise that are placing any orders with us or buying much in the shop.  We pray everyday for the Lord's guidance.  He has kept us so far but I really don't know if we will be able to hold onto the business through the summer until season.  If it's the Lord's will than  yes we will be able to hold on.  He has been teaching me some very hard lessons on how to just trust in Him.  I love to really on my own will and my own guidance.  I'm stubborn and these lessons have been very hard because I'm a hard nut to crack.  I have come to trust the Lord...I'm not perfect and I still worry sometimes but I really do trust Him and not me now. 

The situation with my one-of-these-days-ex-husband (he still refuses to divorce me so I can marry M....bleephole!) is at a standstill. He has hired a private lawyer to fight us and the lawyer has asked for a continuance and that my oldest son gets removed from the case.  I voiced strong objection!  Of course he wants K off the case....he's 14 and very articulate and it is a lot harder to fight a 14 year old than a 5 year old.  My youngest has had to go to counciling and has suffered though more interviews to tell what happened to more and more people.  He is holding up well and his story never wanes. Praise the Lord...we can put away my pedophile ex.

Both kids have started back to school.  K has started high school and O has started Kindergarten.  They are doing well.  K tried out for the football team.  He didn't make it but he practiced really hard and made such an effort.  They were impressed with him at just a Freshman and they told him to try out next year.  He is in JROTC so he is going out for the Raider teams.  I'm not sure what that is exactly but  I know it's very physical. 

O is doing great and adjusting to school life really well.  He is bright and with all this adversity effecting him he has gained more character and poise. He is beautiful.....they both are.

Hey everyone!

  O's birthday was the 14th.  He is the big 5 years old!!!  YAY!!  He got a lot of cool stuff.  He got a transformer that changes from a Harley to some robot that shoots the wheels at ya.  He got a completely poseable Spiderman action figure. He got a Superman inflatable costume (he hasn't taken that off yet). He got Invader Zim action figures too.  Oh yes...and lots of cake!!!  It was a good day.  M was so sick that we couldn't have his kids over for the weekend but they all said Hi as well

We went to go see Superman at the IMAX theater over in Ft Lauderdale.  Wow!!!! That was sooooo cooool!!!  I can see why Steve likes it on that side of the state.  There is a lot more to do.  We went to a place called Boomers first to ride a wooden roller coaster that we saw from the road.  Fun!  Then we went to a place called Dave and Busters to eat.  Yea! It's like Chucky Cheese for grown ups!!!  The food is good too. So we got full and then indulged in my favorite gaming pass times of pinball and pool. After that it was off to the show.  I have never been to an IMAX theater before....wow...they are big! There also were 4 different scenes in the movie that were in 3D  way cool!  I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen the movie but I think we all have seen the trailer on TV with the airplane breaking up. Very cool in 3D....that's all I'll say.

As for the other situation in my life.  R(the perv) tried to leave O a birthday gift.  I haven't given it to him. My first reaction was to burn the bleeping thing and put it back on his doorstep. I did not.  I'm not sure what I'll do.  I believe I will give it to the church and they can give it to a child in need on their birthday. It's been wonderful not having to take O to visitation or have R being in our lives right now.  I still have not heard a thing from Collier County if they will press criminal charges or not.  Patience.  I just pray for all to be as it should and for the Lord to give me the strength to deal with it.

Business is picking up at the chocolate shop too.  Very little but a little. I should have my new business cards by Wed. and I am working on setting up a website.  I need to get a digital camera that I can use so I can put up the images of the delicious chocolate that you all will be buying from me. lol.  I will let you know when the site is up and will give you the link to it from my site here.

Hello Everyone,

   I have just gotten back from the arraignment and "The Pervert" just got all supervised visitation revoked for both the kids!!!! YAY!!!  Score one for the good guys!  The judge upon reviewing the case and also the further allegations has made this decision.  This is a very good thing.  This should stay this way until the next trial date for "The Perv" on September 7th.  The bad news is that "The Perv" want a trial.  DCF wants to try a mediation so that the kids will not have to take the stand, but Perv said in open court that he didn't care what he put his children through as long as he got his trial.  He had a supreme meltdown in court, though, when they said he couldn't see his kids anymore.  The Lord is good.
