This is just not my week. well, in terms of work. just as i was celebrating my independence, everything went wrong. none of my experiments are working quite the way i'd hoped. Due to some mixup with the tissue culture tech, i have no cells to work on next week. And to top it all off, my cell line died on me. this is horrible..well, i hope bad things only come in threes because if not, i'm totally screwed.
