Today at about 4:40 p.m. I got to see Ashleigh roll over from her stomach to her back! Yay. My baby girl is growing so fast.

So both Ashleigh and I are sick. I have bronchiolitis and slight pneumonia. Ashleigh has an ear infection and a slight upper respiratory infection. So please pray for us to get better!

So I never realized before how hard it is to take care of a baby when you're sick. I've been sick all weekend with a terrible cough, runny nose, fever and sore throat. But since Cory is working I am having to take care of Ashleigh too. So I now have new found respect for my parents that took care of us all those times when they were sick. I never thought being a parent was going to be easy, but there are so many things that I never even considered. But that's ok. I love Ashleigh so very much and would do anything for her. She is definitely my little princess.

Well today was my first day back to work after 9 weeks of maternity leave. It was really hard for me to leave her. I missed her so much, but at least she is at the same daycare I work so I was able to see her during my lunch break. And my day went by really smoothly, I only had 8 of my usual 14 here today and got a decent nights sleep because Ashleigh slept from 9:30 last night and I had to wake her up this morning to get her ready for school. One thing did happen today, when I was walking with her to the car after work I slipped and fell because the parking lot was so icy. I got a little hurt(I scraped my knee and my hand), but she didn't. The fall just scared her a bit. So if you could, please keep us in your prayers that the rest of this week goes smoothly.

Well we have some updates on Ashleigh. We went to doctor's office today, and she got her hep. B shot. Also she now weighs 10 pounds and is 20 and 3/4 inches long(grew 2 inches and gained 3 pounds) The doctor also said she should be rolling over soon. It's so hard to believe how big she is getting already. :)

Well my beautiful baby girl is one month old today. It's kind of hard to believe, I mean it feels like she has always been apart of my life. I love her so much. :) She also had her first official outing today. We went shopping with Grandma Hahn to get stuff for Dana's shower. She did really well. I am so proud of her :)

Well Ashleigh's umbilical cord fell off last night. I went to go change her diaper and there it was just sitting there. So now she can have a real bath instead of just a sponge bath. :) She is doing really well. She weighs 7 lbs 15 1/2 oz. So almost 8 lbs. and I am probably biased but I think she is a beautiful baby.

She is doing really well. She holds her head up for short periods and the doctor is pleased with how active and strong she is. She sleeps decently through the night. She is a really good baby, not extremely fussy(except when she is hungry, but I even know some adults like that), and I know she can't officially smile yet, but I swear that she smiles at me sometimes. We are truly blessed to have this little one. I thank God everyday for her. I never realized how much I could love another person, but once she was here it's like a floodgate was opened. She is such a precious gift from God.
