My Childhood home is transformed! My mom's friend describes the transformation as "the ugly duckling turning into a swan." My dad finally fulfills his "dream" of designing a house. My mom gets to have all the cupboard/closet space she had ever wanted. My sister and brother have no designated room, but will always be welcomed as if they live there. And my brother and I are just thankful that the process is pretty much over, although the move is this weekend and neither of are packed. =T *P.S. Please disregard the junk in front of the garage =) |

| Leap Year! 2/29 has always fascinated me. When I was young, I always wanted to be born on this day. I had always thought it would be cool to tell people that I'm 22 yrs old when I was really 88. Driving home from work today, I realized that this was just one more day for me to work! Boo! Wouldn't it have been awesome if 2/29 was made into a holiday everywhere? An extra day, but just for everyone to rest. A picture post for the couple that got married on 2/14 at the Empire State Building Click for a link to their article and video!

| China recycling used condoms as cheap hair bandshttp://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20071113/hl_afp/chinahealthcondomsoffbeat_071113034834 It's still unclear to me from the article whether this is true or not... (is the government seems to neither confirm or deny) but if so, this is definitely not good. It's time for some public health intervention. |
