I did more than play with toys last week

I did more than play last week.

P1012357

Can you see the butterfly? The colorful one underneath is a new pattern which was very easy.

P1012358

I had one  large ball of yarn. The dishrag on the right is also a new and easy pattern for me.

P1012359

The one on the left is one of my favorite patterns because it goes fast.

Did you notice how all three patterns make the yarn look different?

I didn't have much yarn left.

P1012360

There is often a lot of yarn left over. Usually there is not enough to complete another rag. This is the perfect pattern for  that.

P1012361

Sometimes I call these hine 57 patterns. This pattern is super easy too.

I should send you my extra yarn. I'll never use it, and you do wonders with it. It was from my Grandmother's things, and that was four years ago. SOMEBODY with four naughty paws and ears to grow into found one skein and had fun with it. So then I had a mess to pick up... I was not pleased.

Well done! :)
Those are just too pretty to use for dish rags. They don't look like rags to me.

The butterfly would look better in a brighter color.

Cool new patterns! Isn't it fun that you can take a couple of "sticks" and a ball of "string" and use them to make something beautiful and useful? I think you should branch out and make some baby afghans and lap robes. You must work really fast!!! Hope you have an awesome Monday!
