Gradually gaining more clarity about my future.......can't wait til everything unfolds.....

Had a lovely saturday drinking coffee, chit-chating and just chillin' with Su, it is always such a delight to hang out with you, makes me forget about my worries  (P.S. 150cm is a hilarious book.....my brother cracked up reading it too)

Just some random thoughts:

We all seek for attention and affirmation from others, but as you grow, you come to learn that not everyone will like you and that it is fine. You also learn that you won't like everyone and it is not your responsibility to please everyone.

Trust is a rare commodity. The circle of people whom you truly trust is small. One has to learn to deal with many people that you somewhat trust and somewhat know will go against you to protect their own interest.

Great things happened this weekend, first of all, I got to see Cliff! Nothing is better than catching up w/ college friends, also got to see photos of his fantastic trip in Europe w/ Kwan and friends.

Tonight, went to Alex's cousin's b-day party. His cousin works for a children's television show here in HK and amongst the crowds I recognized "Tam Yuk Ying" tse tse (the hostess of a classic kid's show.... I literally grew up watching her sing and dance w/ children everyday). It's strange to see her drinking and clubbing........I guess it's time to say farewell to childhood innocence  At least she wasn't smoking pot or groping another guy.

Have been going through some stressful stressful times lately....demanding/paranoid boss + work overload + lack of sleep + constipation is not the best combo. There are days when I am so angry at the world that I feel like snapping on anyone I see....it's bad I know

Boss: Where's Katy?

Boss' assistant: I'm not sure....she might be in the bathroom

Boss: How can she not take her cell phone w/ her wherever she goes? I need to talk to her now.

Yeah, I do bring my cell phone w/ me to the bathroom now. Feel free to give me a buzz.

Have started working out lately....almost forgot how great the adrenaline rush  feels. Also got hooked with this refreshing drink called "detox"...a glorious blend of cucumber, celery, pineapple and ginger...to be followed by Amsterdam aged gouda, pumpernickel bread, red wine and Frank Sinatra. Life on the slow track is fabulous

Am absolutely psyched that one of my best buddies Joy will be coming back to work in May. Woopee! I am so gonna shop and party with this girl like no other.

Miss North Carolina won Miss USA, this piece of news just made my day, it's weird I know.
