| Well, coaching has begun! I am pumped!  Our first scrimmage is Monday against Ross! I'm back onto a kind of normal schedule at work. If you didn't know, I was working 1:30am - 1:30pm shifts and then I switched to 8pm-8am shifts. Right not I'm coming in around 6:00am, leaving for practice at 1:30pm, and coming back to work from around 5:30pm to 10:00pm. It's all good because I do not mind having a break to go coach, which I absolutely LOVE! I'm an assistant JV coach for my high school softball team. That's all I really have time for these days, but I don't mind.  | | |
| I think it's about time for an update...
I haven't been up to too much lately. Every day consists of the following:
Sleep
Work
Shower
Eat dinner
Repeat
I haven't had to work too many Sundays, but that time will come very soon, unfortunately. I have to live it up on Saturday nights to take advantage of my one day off a week. I've been averaging about 80 hours a week and it's only going to get worse. My hours should start coming back down to normal probably sometime in late April/early May.
Good news...I have accepted the Assistant JV softball coaching job for my high school. I am so pumped I can hardly stand it. Actually, there is another asst. jv coach because I will not be able to be at every practice during the week. I'm really only required to be there on the weekends, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to make it to some stuff during the week, too. They practice around 2:30, so there's no way I could make it for a full practice. Games start at 4:30. Hopefully, I'll be able to work a different shift at work so I can make it to most of the games/practices. | | |
| BNL concert Friday night was amazing! Hanging out with everyone at Jill and Dave O's house Saturday for the Michigan vs. Ohio State game was amazing! The Bengals game was amazing!
As you can see, I had a pretty AMAZING weekend!
This week: 3 days of work
Turkey day Thursday
Party at my place Friday
Road tripping to Cleveland Saturday
Bengals game in Cleveland Sunday
It's going to be another amazing week/weekend!

| So basically, my hours of work are from 1:00 p.m. to around midnight or 1:00 a.m.
If it's supposed to rain the following day and the contractors are rained out, I go in for my normal hours at 6:30 to around 4 or 4:30.
I don't mind working second shift, but when I have to go back and forth every other day, my body can't really get used to any kind of pattern. | | |
