I learned yesterday, that you could clear all your fecking application requests on facebook, all one thousand six hundred and seventy two (ugh i just got one more. but it's a friend request from abigil!) of them that have accumulated over the past year or so, by pressing one single button - 'Ignore All' it's concealed at the upper right hand side of the facebook (if you already knew that, well, stuff it.) and it's ridiculously small so people like me (deaf and now apparently blind people) can't see it.

See? Who said sleepovers are all about watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S and One Tree Hill till the wee hours in the morning?

I have decided that I will not let my holidays go to waste. (I kind of did today, but whatever) I will make sure everyday is meaningful!

- Get my Acoustic Guitar & Practice (More)
- Do not lose spectacles. Ever (Again).
- Do not lose EZ-LINK card. Ever (Again).
- Screw Ettiquette class cos Caryl & Class never in the same sentence. Ever. Ever.
- Brush up on Amath shit that I (still) don't understand
- Plan SL Trip very, very, very well. & be a good mentor
- Re-learn how to read music notes/scores & learn how to play basic piano (DILYS!)
- Try to get comfortable in a dress for christmas midnight mass. Ugh fucking formal function things. I can't be assed.
- Find more new (good) music @ HMV Sprees/Myspace/Whatever.
- Draw a human head nicely with a nice nose and eyebrows that fit the face. Oh and appropriate looking lips that don't look like tomatos.
- Spell Congratulations right. I still spelt it as congrajultions at first
- Learn more about Uganda & fulfill my little mission of mine
- Read that interesting History book Ms. Tan was talking about. Oh! And do an in-depth study for History
- Read up on Scientific Journals & Biology Articles/Textbook
- Take nice photos while I'm in Thailand + (Possibly) New Zealand
- Be a better, less shitty student
- Be a better, less shitty PE rep/Peer Leader
- Be a better, less shitty friend
- Be a better, less shitty sister
- Be a better, less shitty daughter
- Be a better, less shitty grand-daughter
- Have a good time :)

The aims of Live 8 and the impacts it has made was tremendous. I finally got the Live 8 2005 DVD. It's inspirational. Even though I'm three years late, the goals set up by the organizers of Live 8 as well as the musicians and celebrities who were up on the ten stages simultaneously across the globe in July 2005, still live on; some are on their way to being fulfilled.

Perhaps the G8 leaders have forgotten their pledges to double the amount of money going towards ending poverty. Should we give up? No. Why? Because there is living evidence who have survived the widespread diseases in their own countries. All this because of your contributions and help. We can help remind these leaders; there are people who give a damn about others and it's time they do too.

You can do something.
You don't need to give your money, just your name and your pledge
Pledge your views to your local government leaders, global leaders whatever. Tell them your views and tell them what you expect of them.

Over 43.7 million people, in 127 countries have broken the Guinness World Record – set last year at 23.5 million – for the largest number of people to “STAND UP AGAINST POVERTY AND FOR THE MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS” in 24 hours.

In 127 countries, millions stood and spoke out to demand a more urgent political response to the growing crisis of global poverty and inequality. They called on their world leaders to keep their commitments made in the Millennium Development Goals.

Bono said this when he was at the concert at Edinburg:

"Don't let this be politics as usual, Don't make compromises, Do more than expected".

This was directed at the G8 leaders, but this was directed at everyone else. Do not hesitate to give your all. You may not get your bloody in-style-clothes, on the other hand, a kid is finally gonna be able to put a shirt on his or her body. Think about it. You're saving lives here. Millions of lives.

There are so many ways in which celebrities and famous figures have organised events/concerts to encourage people to fight for the rights of others. Check em out; Fight for humanity, fight for the lives of millions across our globe. The world's not just made for independence, but inter-dependence.

Why? I'm not going to sell my soul to books just for some fucking EOYs okay. Seriously Raikkonen, Vettel and Massa are in Singapore. Does that mean nothing to you? It does to me. So no, no way I'm watching F1. Fuck it.

F1 Night Race Singapore was a disaster for me. I am a Raikkonen-Vettel supporter. Hurray for Vettel for being consistent the whole race. Props to Raikkonen for catching up from 16th position after the blinking safety car + massa and refuelling tube incident. But then a crash during the final five laps ... OHGOD. I screamed. Alonso, Vettel some other guy were hoping for Massa to win or anyone for that matter, they do not support Hamilton. Don't ask how I knew that;) PROPS TO ALONSO FOR WINNING ON FINAL GRAND PRIX BEFORE RETIREMENT

Massa will always be in our hearts. As will Raikkonen. Ferrari just wasn't having a good day. I'm a Ferrari fan all the way man. Time to mug!

Räikkönen! Vettel! My mom met the drivers they are staying @ Raffles. I know Raikkonen's suite number, I know which floor it is and which secret corner to take and I want to freaking stalk him. But no, because I'm human and the EOYs are coming. She freaking saw Rod Stewart! I love Rod Stewart. Loads of Celebs are here apparently.

I love Nevermind the Buzzcocks. It's the smartest, funniest, bitchiest UK comedy quiz show I've seen ever. I might even rate it better than F.R.I.E.N.D.S, it's that good. God, Simon Amstell is genius. It's okay that you're Jew and make fun of Jesus during the Christmas specials. It's okay. I love you, it's all that matters.

I had to double post today, because this subject matter completely goes against my previous post.

I really have seven things i hate about you. (I still hate Miley Cyrus. Never stopped, trust me.)
- you make me feel insecure even when i think i can be and should be strong
- you confuse me. a second ago the road ahead of me was clear.
- you make me worry. i fuss about you more than anybody.sometimes all i'm concerned about is if you've had a good sleep, if you didn't do your stupid homework and got sent out by your stupid teacher and if you're sitting dejectedly outside your classroom. all this, even though i know you probably deserved it anyway.
- sometimes when i go past the one place we've been to together, i can't help wishing you were there.(ha, even if you failed to comprehend what i was saying)
- i hate that you make me feel jealous. sometimes. still hate it tho.
- i hate that you're not as gorjusss as danny jones, but well still have the same effect.

*sometimes i wish i were a guy, so i could say "loving you feels like a kick in the balls"

- no i'm not about to freaking write "you make me love you". this had disney-dramedy printed all over it the moment i started typing.

fine so it wasn't seven. it was six.
i don't love you. i don't think it's love.
i worry too much, it comes so easily. but i don't think that's part of love. right?

Sundays are always really great days. That's why I love em. I overslept. I freaking overslept when there was that huge talk with the girls in the morning. Shit I was so pissed. Anyway. We hope R dies. Haha, it was hilarious. It was like:

Amelia: Where's R?

Rachael: Dead.

Rachael: Ha. I wish.

We are going to do loads of things after the EOYs - Sleepover, Christmas Midnight Mass, Halloween, Class Chalet. Omg, Cat. Class HUZZZAH!

Went to Thomson Plaza to study with the girls. I managed to complete Acids, Bases, Salts + Practice (Currently finishing up Chinese homework) It was damn funny whenever we all seemed to simultaneously stop doing work, look at each other and start talking.

1. Annabel used to collect Eraser Dust. She then got tricked that Eraser Dust + Superglue + Water = New Eraser. She tried it out. Didn't work. Epic Fail. Haha we started erasing our work with our erasers and dumping all the dust in Bella's hand to keep.

2. Val thought Eraser Dust/Or something else + Water = Barley

3. We were talking about New Year Cookies. MAJOR MISCOMMUNICATION.

"Oh so you do like the Peanut thing!"
"Huh?"
"You know the one with the honey and the nuts"
"I thought we were talking about the peanut strand thingy ...?"

A: "Do you know what Kueh Bulu is?"
B: "No! What the hell is that?!"
A: "You know that thing that looks like a jellyfish! (STARTS FLAPPING IMAGINARY WINGS)"
C: "IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A JELLYFISH!"

Val kept calling Kueh Bulu, Kueh Boleh. She was like "Eh! Bring me to Bengawan Solo! I wanna see what the Kueh Boleh looks like!"

I told them about Lynnie's hilarious 'What The Piang'. Haha, Lynnie tries to be Ah-lianzxzxz/ Ah-bengzxzxz every Lit lesson. So Me & Jess join in. She's like "'eh, I am more bengzxz than euzxzx. Watch me manxz. What the Piang worxzx."
