Hello Darlings.

School has been a little stressful and I was doing really good till Friday evening, I babysat and my Mom had brought me Chinese food, Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice and i caved.

On Saturday I had a competeion to go to and I ran at least 4 miles, we had to try and find points in the woods, it was fun but like 3 people on my team would NOT run. I was getting pissed, they kept complaining. I know running is hard but fucking suck it up!

I had 2 venti non-fat vanilla lattes from Starbucks yesterday because I had to babysit till like 2AM, I still havent been payed. She should pay me today, or I'll be pissed. I could have been sleeping. My friends are now officialy convinced I'm addicted to Starbucks coffee. They always were like you're addicted, now they're like it's official.

I'm going to start posting reverse thinspo too. It seems to help people lose their appetite.

im done with fasting.it doesn't seem to work for me so im restricting and giving myself rules.

 

1. 900 Calories max.

2. No sweets.

3. Daily exercise(running, walking, toning, etc.)

4. Write down everything I’ve eaten that day.

5. Meal Plan

·         Coffee for breakfast.

·         Apple and coffee for lunch.

·         A little of what Mom makes for dinner.

Green Tea and Water Fast

im starting a green tea and water fast tonight. I want to see how strong my will power is and how long I can last. My legs are have been screaming at me for the past 2 days. I've been running super hard and I'm aching, it hurts to walk, climb stairs, desend stairs, but I'm happy about it. It shows that I pushed myself harder then normal. Picture day is tomorrow, yay! NOT. I have a spanish 2 test tomorrow and I'm probaly going to fail. I hate Spanish! It's just way to confusing, and the teacher sucks at teaching.

i saw the house bunny yesterday and went shopping at rue 21.i bought a cute shirt and the cutest boots ever.my shirt was all grey with zebra print on the front and neon colored peace signs and the boots are flat with purple and black zebra print.

my intake today has been:

just bunches-220

v8 juice-50

diet dr peppr-0

that is all i plan on eating today, later im doing toning and probaly a strength training work out on the treadmil.
