| So... Prom... Well, it wasn't overly exciting I guess... At least for me. I'm not much of a fan of traditional high school things though... Thankfully, I managed to have a little fun by demonstrating my amazing falling skills by falling down the stairs at the Air Zoo (I slid down about four on my ass... ha...) But at least I realized that the thermos I recieved as a Prom gift contains lead/cadmium and could cause "birth defects or other reproductive harm." I wonder if the Junior class was implying something? Haha... I'm way excited to schedual my GVSU classes tommorow... Hurray college! | | |
| I've been bored, been busy, and been at the Taste of Chaos... Now it's Spring Break time, and it's supposed to snow... How unfair is that? I want the 70+ degree, the sun is shining, my pool is open, huzzah! for warmth Spring Break. Now is that so much to ask? Well now I'm off to the land of the treadmill where I shall run (and no dogs shall chase me!) | | |
| I figured it was about time I put in a picture of the hair I'm "wearing" now ('wearing' as in style-wise, not like a wig... I'm def. not bald... besides, I'd make a terrible bald person). Also: snow day = joy! | | |
| I think I'm cursed... Or maybe it's just Suzuki's that are cursed... In any event, since I began driving those many years ago (aka: fewer than 2 years, but more than 1) I have had 3 accidents occur - none of which have been my fault. There was the first crap one where my original car was totaled (def. not my fault) and then my mom caused the passenger side mirror to became a tad too friendly w/ the basketball hoop (again, not my fault). And today, on my way to pick up my stuff for my art portfolio (egads! I have to show my art to perfect strangers who will criticize it and then tell me I suck and never let me study art in college! okay so I'm probably over-exaggerating... I'm an uber perfectionist when it comes to my art) when I got rear-ended... Not too much damage, and it's still not my fault, which is good, but I can't think of anyone else who has had quite this much trouble... | | |
| Hopefully all you fools had a good break/holiday. I was lucky enough to be sick on Christmas Day... bleah... But other than that it was fab except for the disappointing lack of snow. And now I really should be finishing the exciting essay/exam for Dowd on Totalitarianism... but I'm starting to lose focus (weird eh?). On a far more exciting note, I'm def. taking Meditation for my dual-enrollment class (I couldn't get into my art class and this sounded kind of sweet) and the classroom totally looks like Little Chick's Shoe Store (ie: big carpeted wall thing you can sit on... loads of pillows too, but obv. no awesome children's shoes...). | | |
