Home sweet home...for tonight...

For all those who actually read my random, not so consistent thoughts, I got home safely! I'm here temporarily since tomorrow I will be leaving to go back to my apartment in Middle-of-Nowhere, Arkansas! Yes, very exciting! I drove through 4 states in just over 5 hours today! Sound like fun? Well, it wasn't! I had to leave a couple of amazing friends in the process, but at least I'll see one of them again really soon, the other, there's no telling when. If that person is reading this, I will return your book to you the next time I do see you, and at that time we should get a pizza and watch a movie! I should get to bed, but I'm home again safely and on the road again tomorrow...great fun!

Pray for me...

Oh goodness! I'm going to need some major prayers this week. I'm venturing into new territory! I'm driving up to Illinois to stay with a friend for a week and see a Daughtry concert at the state fair, then I'm going a couple of hours east to visit another friend in Illinois, then I'm driving back here to Franklin. I have never driven to Illinois before. Scratch that, I've never even driven myself to Kentucky! This is going to be interesting! We'll see how God and I can do with mapquest directions to places I've never been before. I'm sure God will help me find my way through a state I've never been to on my own. At least on the way to Illinois I'll have some amazing company! This is going to be quite an adventure! Pray that I don't lose my head and that I am able to rely on the directions and God and that I totally pay attention to what's going on on the road. Pray for my safety and sanity this week. I'll probably need all the prayers I can get!

Carnival Sucks!!!

To all you people who actually read Xanga subscriptions and other people's blogs...

DO NOT USE CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES!!!!  That is unless you are a redneck and want to get drunk, high, stupid and have a lot of sex.  Carnival was full of rednecks and crazy teenagers who simply wanted to get drunk and have sex the whole time we were there.  One guy even asked my dad if he would buy him a drink.  That was dumb...Dad wouldn't buy himself a drink much less a fresh high school graduate!  They all smoke too.  So if you're allergic or can't stand cigarette smoke, you will get sick.  Oh, and that whole thing about, yeah the boat's moving, but you can't feel it...that's a load of crap!!!  I felt us moving the ENTIRE time!  Even while I was sleeping I knew we were moving quite a bit.  The only times I didn't feel movement was in the Mississippi River and when we were docked.  But, I will say that the day excursions were fun!  We went snorkeling in Costa Maya,  totally suggest snorkeling sometime in your life.  And we went on a Mayan ruin/shopping tour.  We had more shopping than ruins, but it was fun.  My dad bought us some things...and I got some amazing chocolate and a bottle of real vanilla, and some low cost t-shirts.  That was fun.  But then I was sick on the only good sunny day, so I didn't really get a tan or anything, but that's okay, because at my sister's graduation I saw this lady who obviously tanned a lot when she was around my age, and now she looks like a rasin, so I really don't want to get too tanned.  Well, I'm on my friend's computer and he's starting to look bored not having it to use, so I'm going to end this.  Just remember...CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE SUCKS!!!!!!

Boring...

So, life is currently pretty boring...  Two of my best friends are currently out of town, I have to endure 4 hours of biology a day, and I have no cable or internet in my apartment yet.  The ONLY thing causing me to not go INSANE is that I get to spend time with one amazing chick who I've missed spending time with lately.  Its amazing how many people who are here that I haven't seen in forever!  I'm kinda liking reconnecting with old friends and all that, but seriously, I just want to get this intercession thing over with.  I even want to get this cruise out of the way.  I'll have fun there of course and I'll enjoy spending time with my family, but I just want to go and get back fast.  Oh well, things will happen when they happen right?

Summer has begun.

Summer is here.  Well, summer vacation that is, not the season (I was corrected about that earlier).  This really isn't much of a vacation though, I'm doing intercession then Summer 1 and summer 2.  Great fun!  Plus, I don't have internet in my apartment yet, because I really don't want to pay for the month of May when its only 2 weeks long in there.  So, my homework is being done in the library.  This is also where I'll be if I'm ever online or anything like that.  I have no access otherwise.  But all those who are still in the Searcy area and can't find me online, call me.  If you don't have the number, it should be on facebook.  To all those who aren't in Searcy, have a great summer vacation and I'll see you in the fall if you're coming back!  Be safe and have fun!
