I was looking through some of my NY photos and I came across this one that I thought was interesting enough to share. I took this picture in Chinatown of a "Walk/Don't Walk" sign. I don't know if someone painted it directly on the sign or what but that's playa! LOL

On another note, farewell, Miss Frances! Congrats on your internship with Abbott and have fun in Minnesota... We are growing up, aren't we? I'm so proud of ya!!! :D

Sorry to disappoint some of you (helen), but although I thought about doing a dance of some sort when receiving my diploma, I decided against it. I wasn't wearing the right shoes. Next time, I promise.

Can I get a HOO-RAH in the house?!

Jake's ranking #1 on my list right now. Right up there with Sean Connery (I know he's old, but he's my silver stud) and Won Bin (can't forget him after Tae Guk Gi).

AA (Advanced accounting, that is...I'm not cool enough to be an alcoholic) is getting more difficult. Who would think that intercompany transactions could get so complex? Goodness!!

I have started planning my summer trips already. I can't wait to get out of Houston and see the world. :D I got an internship with Halliburton and rumor has it that the interns will be going to Australia and/or Dubai for 6 weeks! I'm excited!

For all those who care, I am finally going to update... :)

Things that are going on with my life:

*I have senioritis so so so so bad. Try taking Auditing, Individual Tax, Intermediate Accounting II, and Cost Management Accounting all at once. After this semester, I have one more year to take graduate classes and it will all be over!

*Still working at The Fish (www.thefishhouston.com). I have been doing pretty well lately. However, I realized how much I dislike the service industry. Its all about kissing ass. By the end of each night, my nose is brown, but my pockets are full baby!

*BF is so good to me. We are going to NYC for New Year's Eve! Can't wait to see some Broadway shows. I am looking for a place to stay that won't cost too much. Any ideas?

Things I am looking forward to:

*The end of this semester...

*A 4.0 GPA. (i can be hopeful, can't i?)

*Spring internship at Ernst & Young. Too bad the week long training is in Houston!! :( And PwC is goign to Chicago... :T

RIP Alim "Bunny" Kermally

I lost a friend this past weekend. His name is Alim. I will never forget him.

I remember the time he gathered all of Sheetal's friends together for her birthday and threw her a surprise birthday party at her favorite restaurant. He paid for everybody's dinner, talking to everyone and getting to know all of her friends.

I remember the time I bumped into him at Tropioca and we played Hold 'Em with scrabble pieces. I won.

I remember the day he asked me to help him put a dozen roses and stuffed animals in Sheetal's car to surprise her. It was just a regular day.

I remember how he would tease me about the mole on the top left of my forehead and say it was an off-center ghandi-dot.

I have never lost a friend before. Alim was the sweetest guy in the whole world. He would do anything to make people smile. I miss him so much.

If feels so good to be home again...

China was SO much fun. My best trip yet! Shout out to my roommates!! :) I usually don't post pictures but I will post some soon.

Being away for a whole month, I really missed the people here. From all my buddies, I want a HUG!!!

And tomorrow is my girl's birthday...

I'm leaaaa-ving on a jet plane, I don't know when I'll be back again....

I'm leaving for China in the morning to Study Abroad. I bought the ugliest, most fobby sandals I could find today to wear in China. I want to fit in. No, just kidding. Despite their fobbiness, they are extremely comfortable!! I hope nobody takes pictures of my feet because I will dispose of them immediately after I trek the Great Wall.

I will be gone until the June 23rd, so if you are dying to talk to me (cuz I know you all are), email me. Try not to blow up my phone and fill up my voicemail box. Now that I have said that, I know some asshole will call me and do the exact opposite. Thanks buddy!

I guess that's all for now, except for the shout out I want to send to all the KDPhis that are coming to Houston this weekend for Convention (hosted by the loovveeely IOTA Chapter!!!) hehe. They have worked so hard, so you out of towners better have a good time! :D
