  • WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD TODAY?!!!!

    I just witnessed a FAMILY shoplifting... which begs me to question WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD TODAY??... is it so hard that a family goes shop-lifting as opposed to SHOPPING together??!

    It was at the Reject Shop at TTP. They have their pet wares displays at the front. This family, GRANDMA, MOTHER and two kids walked in (I wouldn't have picked them to be shoplifters - just say that), looked at the cat traveller cage, picked it up, put it in the trolley.. pretended to look around at the stuff at the front and WALK OFF!!! LIKE AS THOUGH NOTHING HAPPENED!!...

    I was watching them the WHOLE time and when they were walking off, I wanted to call out "Excuse Me.. ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT?"... but my dad was like just tell the shop assistant because you don't want to start with strangers.. so I went to tell their store manager who said that they cant do anything about it now because they have left the store... didn't as much go for a walk down the mall to look for them...

    I was just PISSED OFF after.. not for the fact that these people STOLE something but for the fact that the two adults could have said to have been ENCOURAGING STEALING as a means to get what you want!!!! I wished that I had said something.. because that would have GOT them!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
    Geez man what are they teaching their kids? That its OKAY to steal it if you can't afford it? I mean GRANDMA wtf are you thinking?!! Can you really not spare $20bucks?!.. is it all going to the booze and your on-going drug addiction?!! TOTALLY WTF?!!!! They probably have no remorse for what they did... which I don't think that I am ever going to be able to understand because its in the family that you learn good morals, how to treat others, manners, etiquette etc....
    Fu*ken they are probably thinking what they should steal tomorrow!! I really hope they get caught... their house is probably stolen!.. make that they are probably swattng in someone elses property!!!! It just makes me have no repect for some family units...
    Some familys actually find it hard to get by their everyday lives.. but they try and get through it THE HONEST WAY... but others.. who clearly are not living on the gutter and eating food scraps for survival live their lives in such crimminal ways... I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM.

    The stupid thing is that I was actually going to BUY that cat traveller cage... but I didn't.... I should have just brought it and this wouldn't have happened!!(&$(!&$#@

    All I can say is that I hope that WHOLE FAMILY ROTS IN HELL and has to eat their cat's SHIT all their lives!!!

    I woke up SUPER early this morning so I could be first in for the Stella McCartney range at Target.. I should have taken photos to show how deadly quite the mall was at 7am!! Seriously!! But I already felt like abit of a loser waiting outside Target so early.. I just listened to mp3s and read RUSSH... while occasionally watching the cleaners walk by... ahahah.. until another lady arrived at 7:30am!!!.. I wasn't lonely anymore!!

    My early arrival though was to no avail.. yes, I was the first person there and yes it wasn't like crazed animals fighting over clothes like it was in Melbourne and Sydney and as I later heard at Centerpoint Target here in Adelaide.. but the sad part of it all was NONE of the clothes FIT ME!!!
    There was a jacket which I really wanted.. it was cashmere and really, really warm!! It was the first thing that I grabbed.. but when I put it on, I was swimming in it!! Literally.
    However though, I left with a wool tulip skirt.. its really cute.. abit big at the waist but I guess if I wore a tucked in shirt, it would look alright?? I am just envious that suit jackets can fit some people really nicely.. but me??.. I won't even go there.. looks like I have no boobs because I find they aren't fitted enough around the chest area..

    I think deep inside I knew that the sizes would be too big for me because I am not really a womens size 8.. probably a 6. But still I am glad that I went and checked it out because at least I know.. right?! Last night I read somewhere that Stella McCartney only uses size10 models so yeah... I guess that explains the massive sizes!!!

    I don't know if I will ever do this again.. lol it just so happened that it was my day off.. who knows next time right??!! The clothes might actually FIT!!!

    I am home now though.. going to go grocery shopping with my dad later at TTP.. I guess I will see what its like then!! Everything will be stripped BARE!!! (Like it was at Newton!)

  • I wish the perfect job would just COME to me!!!!!

    I have really been trying to get my head stuck into looking for a job.. but for some reason, my mind just doesn't seem to be 100% dedicated.

    I have been thinking about things like:

    * Painting (.. something that I began but never quite got off the ground)

    * Photography (especially after I saw the Re-vamped Holga in the Jan/Feb Russh mag!.. I wouldn't mind getting the Lomo lc-a plus either!!!!!!)

    * Knitting (afterall.. the colder season is coming in soon!!)

    * Cooking (I feel like hanging out in the kitchen!)

    * Handcrafts (I've been meaning to start making cushion covers again.. I  shopping at Spotlight and Lincraft!)

    * Learning a language (I wouldn't mind learning french or japanese.. but is it too late to be fluent??)

    * Travelling (overseas, interstate.. even within Adelaide!)

    * Further studies (yes... you read correctly! as much as studying bored the hell out of me, I actually want to take a course in Finance or Administration... or both even!!)

    Sadly, all these things will have to wait until I find a job!.. but will I have time for them then????
