i think ive walked too much 3 days ago, after so long not walking,
now my right foot damn cramp.
i want a good night sleep too :)
my sleep hasnt been great lately, since i am a sensitive sleeper,
i always get woken up whenever i hear things or sense movements.
so now my aunt has been sleeping with me,
and she snores.
ive tried covering my ears with pillows, nope it didnt work.
i'll try stuffing my ears with my ipod earphones tonight.
let's see how that helps.
