Hi there! Happy Valentine's Day!!! I hope your valentine week is going well, and that all of you men out there did something special for your sweetheart during this week! We went on a couples' retreat to this great place only an hour from Cedarville. It was nice to get away even if it was only one evening!

Pray for us as next Monday is closing on the house we're buying! Brian is packing boxes like crazy - Renee, you would crackup laughing at your Dad! Dave just bought another puzzle, and spread it out all over the dining room table. He doesn't have "moving fever" yet :) He does however have senior-itis really bad (Iknow, poor English, Renee! Sorry!)

Adele is awesome - what a great photographer! You should go into business... and I mean soon! David looks like a model in these pictures! Wow! Thanks for your help. Adele!      Time to go eat grilled cheese and soup, mmmmm! It's Sunday night, and snowing, so good night for that. Love to anyone who cares to read this... hopefully you're somehow related... Hello everyone!

I can't believe it's been so long since I've written on here, but what can I say?? I'm a working Mom, who - unlike most students - and other family members - does not sit in front of a computer for my job! I teach Kindergarten, which means my days are filled with teaching 5 & 6 year olds how to write, their names, pronounce their letter sounds, and how to recognize and write numbers - all the way to 10, and the alphabet, A-Z.

In between each school day, I have been trying a new part time job,  which I do not enjoy, and will be glad when it is over (In May.) Then if I would like to check my e-mail, I have to squeeze it in between my suppertime, and Brian's evening team meetings, which do not always last very long, and come to the campus to do it. Oh well, I am thankful that I even have the chance today!! :)

I do love teaching, and I am hopeful that next year I will be full-time again, and will not have to have a 2nd job.

This has been a geat month to reflect on God's goodness to us. Our church has a new Pastor, and we are thoroughly enjoying his messages! Our children are all doing well, and we love them! God has protected each one of them during much travel and moves!

We are about to buy a house, God's timing is perfect!

Jeremiah 29:11-13 has been a special blessing this week. Thanks for reading, and we'll talk again in the not so distant future.(I hope :)    Love to any of my family who choose to find my thoughts here!  Mamabear

Hello everyone! It is Thanksgiving, and I have so much to be thankful for:

My Lord and my God who has given me eternal life, and has taken care of me all these years. My wonderful and caring husband who still loves me after 27+ years. My 4 children and God's grace in their lives every day. My 2 daughter-in-laws who are the perfect match for Jon and Tim.  Renee and David allowing God to guide their steps and their decisions in their lives. My future son-in-law who has such a Godly mindset and wants to serve the Lord with our daughter.  My family heritage of growing up in a missionary family. And last but not least - our four beautiful Grandchildren, which belong to Jon and Adele! You guys are awesome parents, just incredible. And Sunday will be Tim and Katie's First Wedding Anniversary! Wow! God is so good to all of us!

Please tell me some things that you are thankful for! I'll be waiting to hear from you...
