| Ok, well, the only reason I'm wasting time on xanga is because sam wanted me to come check her xanga site....and of course, that got me checking other people's xanga! anyway, just a quick post to shut all those up who keep begging me to update!!! life is good, idaho is...cool. Literally, it was snowing yesterday! but now it's back up to like 45...weird. debate is going pretty well, my partner and I took 1st place in montana, 4th in the tournament here, and i took 2nd in impromptu! (I hear that people who don't prep for impromptu and yet still win are said to pull a 'Sam Paul'......first of all, i did prepared....once, second of all, hey! if it works, it works!) Now we're heading to regionals next weekend in CO Springs.. *is excited* email me!!!! It's way easier than xanga... (I would switch that pic of me, since it suxs and i hate it, but i don't really care! If you REALLY want pics of me...email! ha, incentives rock...) | | |

It was really funny. That night we went to an Italian festival, and my lil brother Silas (4 yrs) went up to a stand and said "I'm thirsty, can I have some Root Beer?" And the lady's like "Sure you may" And all of the sudden he's walking around as proud as can be while huggin a bottle of root beer. It was really cute. 
The water is REALLY clear. it's awesome.

I FINALLY met those two guys out here that I met from debate camp. We had a speech workshop at a church, and I got to see them. Then we went to their house for a speech meeting, and I got to meet more people in the speech and debate club! I'm FINALLY in a speech and debate group!!!! We also just found a Boy Scout troop to join, so that should be fun. I'm REALLY glad that we're starting to meet people and get settled in. I was getting tired of not knowing anyone. Well, time to go do school......... | | |
| Now we're in Pennsylvania visiting Mom's side of the family. I was reading over previous posts, and I didn't realize how depressing they've been. Sorry about that.....................but I'm sure you understand. So, I'm not really sure what else to say......not much going on. Still doing school. I have to read a boring book for school (see above). I'm NOT looking forward to the 34 hour drive! It took FOREVER to get here, and now that we're here, I don't really want to leave. So, give me some ideas for things to do on the way home....NOW! | | |
