Hey guys. So yeah, my life is pretty crazy right now... many of you already know all the stuff that's going on, many more will know soon. lol, and no it isn't anything bad. Whenever people hear that, their first reaction is "Are you pregnant??" No, not pregnant lol.

So the other day I was talking to my friend Deborah in Colorado and it brought back all kinds of memories. Sometimes I really wish I could go back in time and be in high school again for just a few days... just to see all my friends and go back to a time when my life was much much simpler. Sometimes it makes me scared to grow up and leave all that behind. But that's life for you, and someone once told me that it's a bitch.

Classes are going alright this quarter... I have a physics teacher who is Russian so I can barely understand him, an physics lab student teacher who is indian and again, can barely understand what he is saying. I finally get a chemistry teacher who is American and I can understand clearly and then I get screwed in other subjects lol... oh well, what can you do?

I am ready for Christmas... seriously. I've only gotten a few gifts so far so I gotta  step it up. This weekend is gonna be full of stuff to do... I told Josh's mom that I would help her with her Christmas party Saturday, so I'll be there most of the day. Then Sunday, as I was informed yesterday, I am going to go with Josh to Longview to see his dad and step mom.. so more shopping to be done. But hey, it's all about the giving, right?

Over Thanksgiving break, I went to Austin to see Hailey and had a great time. We went out to eat and to the strip clubs.. and I even got a lap dance from a really hot stripper and she was licking my chest and stuff... I've never seen strippers do that lol! But the Mexicans around me sure enjoyed the show! Hopefully next time I go to Austin I won't have to go alone and I won't have Hailey's roommate waking my ass up on my break at 9 AM asking for a ride to work....

Well that's really all for now... hopefully over the break I will have time to update more. I'm just really busy until then with tests and studying and all that until then...

Here's some holiday related things for your enjoyment.

Here's a clip that I always see around this time of year but Josh had never seen it so I thought I'd put a link for anyone who maybe has missed this gem. Oh! Oh! Me! Pick me!

What I'm getting for Christmas...

I especially enjoy the one on the bottom right... hehe

Fun and Festive recycling idea...

The legendary and elusive Santa Keg Stand

Anyone else seeing an ad campaign for Jager here?

The world's worst/cheapest parents...

That's all for now my pretties. Until next time, keep on keepin on.

Alright it's been long enough I feel. Actually, I just located my cord to get my pictures off my camera so now I can put up pictures yaaaaaaaay!

School sucks and I am ready for Thanksgiving so I can rest up. Hope I can go visit my Hailey in Austin!

So, Friday was my BIRTHDAY! YAAAAAY! Me, my parents, my grandparents, and Alana and Josh went to eat at Canard's. Then cake and presents at my house. I got lots of money, a diamond ring from my dad, and a Napoleon Dynamite talking doll and numchucks from Alana! Then, it was off to Library Lounge where we caught up with Josh, my brother, Ashley Duncan, and her boyfriend who were in town. Several shots later, it was time for dancing! So, me, Alana, Ashley, and the boyfriend loaded up and headed to Top Gun! We somehow lost Ashley and her lova in like, 10 minutes but I just kept on dancing! Ran into friends and people who bought me drinks for my birthday.... two Tom Collins' and some shots later, I was ready to hit the hot tub. So, it was off to Josh's! The hot tub proved to be a bad mix with all those drinks.. and I got sick in the yard once or twice... hehe, the sign that your birthday is a success! Then I got back to my house and crashed for a good 12 hours.

Halloween was pretty fun. I went to a costume party at Dirty's in Monroe Saturday as a gangster. Not a thug.... a gangsteR. See the photos if you are still lost.... Had a fantastic time that night. Then on Monday, me and Josh went to Library Lounge for their party. I talked to some people and droe Josh around. We went to Tony's to eat and got back to Ruston around 4 AM....

Well, now it is time for all the pictures!

Random photos one night at the bar.

I know I haven't updated in awhile. Basically all that's happened is I we had Rush, I got really sick with bronchitis, drove to Shreveport a few times to hang out with some friends and see their bands play, started school.... that's about it. I've become kinda depressed lately... although some may argue I've always been depressed but just hid it well or had a way to deal with it. I've noticed it since I've spent 90% of my time bac in Ruston alone... and I get upset when I am alone for a long time... enough so that I drove home to Monroe today just because sitting at home alone for 2 days made me feel like shit. So, here I am in Monroe.

Classes suck, but my English teacher rocks. She is so funny and realistic and doesn't demand tons of rediculous shit from us. And we have some interesting discussions. I actually don't mind going to English... and I put off taking any English for a year. Kinda glad I did now!

I don't really have any pictures to put on here right now... I hae some from Rush and stuff, but haven't loaded them on here yet. But I will post some of them on here when I upload them.

Here's some funny dog pics I found instead.

Bad Georgie!

On that note... good night.

I know, I never update. But none of the people that have complained about me not updating ever leave comments... so I think nobody reads this. So, if you read it leave comments so I know I'm not just wasting my time here.

So, what have I been doing the past few weeks? The same old shit, but with a whole new style. Not really... I've gone to Blue Monkey much more than I ever thought I would, found straight guys in the gay bar, sucked at pool... and done what I do best, travel and rock out.

My latest trip took place last Friday (Aug. 19) when I drove to Baton Rouge and spent 4 days there with my fabulous friend Cale and his 3 fantastic roommates. and in 4 days, I caught 3 of The American Tragedy's shows in the area.

Friday, I drove in from Ruston and me and Cale got our drink on. After we were good to go, his friends drove us up to Click's. There, I proceeded to rock out with my friend Sarah to the greatest band in Louisiana, and dare I say.... The World? hehe. It was a blast, as usual. And the photos...

Adam's tattoos on his feet and his "Tom Sawyer" pants. Quite possibly the coolest tattoos I have ever seen.

From Left to Right: Jackie's beer, me, Jackie, and Sarah

So, that was that night. Then Cale and I had to find a ride home since we had no car because we were drinking and his friends abandoned us and got drunk somewhere else... that was fun. Then Saturday, Cale showed me around a little bit, we ate and all that... then we sat around the house watching tv and drinking a little. Me and Cale's roommates ended up watching "The Big Lebowski" and attepted the drinking game that goes along with it... where you drink everytime they swear. But that's impossible since they just swear the entire time. Good family fun.

Sunday, I drove down to New Orleans to see The American Tragedy and Punch People and Meriwether and 2 other bands play at the Rock n Bowl. That was like, the coolest place ever. They have bowling AND live music... what else could you ask for? But that also means all ages... and church groups lol. Ah, the look of the face of that youth leader when one of the guys accidentally said shit... haha. And a few pics from that show..

From my spot, I could get pictures of everyone, even Trey on the drums.... and I got some GREAT photos of him as you can see hehe

Another photo that I got a kick out of when I say Trey in the back.

After the show, I hung around with all the guys until we all had to go... and the guys from Tragedy were headed to Baton Rouge as well to stay with a friend. So, Jackie rode with me and we followed the van, we got hustled for some money at Subway, and arrived back in Baton Rouge. I hung out over at their friend Todd's house where Jackie challenged me to an arcade-style game of NFL Blitz. and lost.... hahaha. Then I gave Adam the best massage EVER, or so he claims, we watched the dvds of The Simpsons and he rubbed on my back... then he layed down and fell asleep in my lap around 5:30. They invited me to stay there, but I went on back to Cale's around 6:30 after stopping off for some McDonald's breakfast hehe.

Monday I slept in, obviously, since I didn't get in bed until after 7 AM... got up, got dressed and went to eat with Cale that afternoon. He had started school so couldn't go out with me that night, so I went by myself, again lol. Tragedy was playing in Baton Rouge again at a bar called SoGo Live. That was with another band called Greyline and Kevin Martin (the lead singer from Candlebox) and the Hi-Watts. It was a good show... I have no photos though. I was working the merchandise table for the guys while they were playing their show. What a friend, I know lol. But we hung out while they packed up and all that then they headed home to Shreveport, and I went back to Cale's and crashed for the night. Came home Tuesday afternoon. Was a pretty good trip.

Now, I'm back in Ruston and getting ready for Rush next week.... yippy. SO much fun... not really... but it's gotta be done.

Here are your random photos of the... well... until I update again.

Yes, I pierced my ear. That bumps my total piercings to 6. But, my parents still don't know that so if you could keep it a secret, I'd appreciate it. Don't wanna ruin the surprise!! hehe.

One of my new favorite pics... it's up as my photo on Myspace hehe. It made me laugh.

Lucy making herself right at home while I am trying to use the computer...

Lucy's head... right in the camera lol. The sounds it made intrigued her...

Maybe I'm just sick, but this picture made me laugh for 5 minutes... shit, I'm still laughing...

Well, have a good weekend my loves and I'll update you on anything worth updating about...

Ok, I know it has been like, 2 weeks since I updated. That's my bad. I've been busy, as many of you may know. I'm not going into most of it on here since it gets really long and dramatic and all that, but feel free to ask me what I've been up to.

But this post will have MANY pictures so hopefully you kids will like that. If not, I don't really care.

LAST Friday (July 22), I rode up to El Dorado with BJ, the band, and some friends to go see two bands. CutAway (the band playing with SoulFuel this coming Saturday at Maybe's) was playing along with a band called The American Tragedy. Both were very good. I fell in love with The American Tragedy's music and that comes into play later on in our story... But I ended up driving an Escalade full of drunk kids from El Dorado to West Monroe... but not before we stopped at the Huddle House there and made quite a scene and BJ made his fatal mistake of the evening.... Milwaukee's Best.... See, this man came up to us outside and needed money to fix his car and offered to give them some of his beer in exchange. So BJ and Charlie give him like, $5 and he gave them 3 of his Milwaukee's Best. And we eat and go home and since it was like, 4 AM when I got everyone back to West Monroe I just stayed with BJ... and at 8 AM, BJ wakes me up and asks me if I have any Tylenol because he had a headache from hell and thought he was gonna be sick for awhile there... I think the guy slipped something in the beer and was hoping to get a little somethin more than money from BJ haha... And here are some pictures from THAT night.

The American Tragedy playing

Milwaukee's Best (along with Miller Light and some shots of Jager) strike! BJ's dyslexic attempt to write "Soul Fuel Rocks" on the outside of Huddle House in El Dorado so that the people inside could read it...

Then Saturday the 23rd, there was the show at Maybe's that went very well. Lots of people, lots of drinking, and lots of tips made haha. And you kids don't forget that there is another show coming up this Saturday (Aug. 6th) so be sure to show up!

Check out all the sweat on his shirt hehe

I helped the guys clean up the bar on Sunday and then just basically hung out in Monroe with Robert and Krista last week. We went to Dirty's on Tuesday and had fun, then I drove back to Ruston at 2 AM and ate Waffle house with Margie, where we decided we were gonna drive to Baton Rouge Thursday to see American Tragedy play there. Thursday morning I got up at like, 7 AM, dropped off a check for sorority stuff, picked up the tickets here in Ruston from BJ's friend that made them, then got Margie and headed to Monroe to give BJ the tickets and flyers we had made, then  we headed to Baton Rouge, jamming out the whole time to such classics as "Pony" and "Pussy Control" haha. But we got to Baton Rouge around 3, checked into our hotel, showered and got dressed, went to eat dinner around 6 and made it up to the bar around 7:30 since the website said the show was at 8...yeah, they were way off... the FIRST band went on at 10:30.... followed by Punch People and THEN The American Tragedy around oh, 12:30... lol. We spent a whoooole lotta time in Click's. But the guys in the band were surprised that we had driven so far to see them... and that's what I love about me. My shock factor haha. But I called my buddy Rob in Slidell to tell him I was in Baton Rouge so he had his friend Dave drove over to hang out with us and so forth. Me and Margie got right up front for Tragedy and sang our hearts out... I had a few so I enjoyed the concert a whooooole lot haha. I took maaaaany photos, so enjoy the highlights...

Me and Mama Cita Margie sitting around  before the show.

Ahh! It's Tragedy!!!

Jackie doing the guitar thing.

Jackie as I flashed him... WITH THE CAMERA, kids.... with the camera's flash.... dirty kids hehe

I thought the effects on some of these photos when I turned off the flash were really friggin cool... like this one of Adam.

And this one of Trey...

If you can't tell, we were RIGHT in front haha.

I just liked the girls over on the side of this pic I took of Jason...

I just like that you can read Jackie's shirt in this one... "Wingman. Taking one for the team." Awesome.

Ok, so Margie and I leave the bar and go eat at Waffle House where we run into my friends from Slidell who had abandoned me to go hang out with some ladies haha... we eat, go back to the hotel and crash. But I decided on the way back to Monroe that I wanted to go to their show that night by Biloxi.... so I drive to Ruston and get clothes, and leave for Biloxi and make it with like, 5 minutes to spare... And I say hey to the guys from Punch People and then go say hey to Jason and Jackie who were amazed that I once again showed up lol. So I rocked out to their show, since I was like, the only person there that knew their songs hehe. Then I hung out for Punch People and their fans who cracked me up...  and apparantrly bars in Mississippi don't close, so I sat at the bar with Jackie until like, 4 AM while people made my back into artwork... Danny from Punch People, a guy I met named Joseph and Jackie all decorated my back with pictures and so forth... Then, the guys from Punch People wanted to go swimming, so we all went over to the Holiday Inn while some of them swam...but Jackie, Neil (the drummer from Punch People) and Danny (the singer/bass player from Punch People) and myself sat at a picnic table behind the hotel and just hung out and talked about the most random crap.  I got some of the most awesome conversations ever that night, both in the bar and out... here are just some examples of the conversations I had..

"You should be a bass player... female bass players are so sexy."

"So when are you gonna start your own band? I heard you singing over there and you aren't bad girl!"

"I bet that the pine tree is like, the frailest of all the trees. Like, it would be the easiest to karate chop in half."

"Why do people that write country songs love the whippoorwill?"

and my all time favorite...

"That's a manatee. And that's me pissing on it."
Ask me if you want the whole story behind that one lol... it's a doozie.

And here are a few pics from that night..

Jason all up on the drums...

They all are standing like, the same way... I thought it was funny... maybe it's just me...

So yeah, that's what I've been doing. Driving lol. And jamming. Good times indeed. Now, I have a few more photos for you guys, and you know what they are. The photos of the week(s)...

Ok, BJ won a free 6-pack from Rock 106 so they had to display them after they were empty. And BJ decided "the shocker" was appropriate for the photo.

This one is for Kelly. I found this in a magazine while at her house and she looks as though she is packing something in that bikini. Whether it is a penis or a 1970's style fro, there's something not quite right...

That's what happens when you are drunk and try to take a picture of yourself.... you live and you learn kids....

This is what I refer to as good parenting. Yes, that is a case of Bud Light in a baby seat.... I got into my friend's car next to this and just couldn't resist.

Well you kids keep on keepin on and I'll update whenever I get around to it. My Lama should get back soon so party shall be had! And that's sure to bring some stories...
