| Golf TourneyWell tomorrow is going to be a huge day. For the past 3 months or so A lot of my efforts and free time have been revolvoing around the SAM golf tournament. SAM is the Society for the Advancement of Management. It is a club at school for business majors, which I am no longer, but I am an officer in the club. Anyways the club has done a pretty good job this year of bustin our butts to get some sponsors from the city of Searcy. However, the city of Searcy is so anti- growth that the companies wont donate for any reasons, not even charity. I dont understand at all why a company wouldn't donate. It is cheap advertising and it shows you work with local clubs and charties and really care about the community. It really just boggles my mind!!! Anyways Big shout out to the SAM club thanks for the hard work and lets hope its a decent turn out tomorrow.
So on a sad note, totally forgot entourage was on tonight, i missed the episode so now i gotta try to find it on youtube or something like that. Hopefully the WWW comes up huge. Alright im going to bed hopefully the tourney is a HIT ! | | |
| Im back...I have recently been inspired by Jordan Nester to start up my xanga again. I think it may be good for me to put my thoughts on paper... or the screen but still same idea. Anyways I also changed my profile picutre to what reminded me of the show Entourage. This show is my up and comer for favorite show. It ranks up there with The Office which still stands alone as the greatest but they are very different. The office is just fun to sit back and laugh at, Entourage is fun to imagine yourself in that position. Watching that show really makes me think it would be awesome to be an agent. You have to just build up some person and then hopefully they will come through. Then you get tons of money and do it again every time there is a new movie or what not.
So as far as my career goes, I have a new goal. I am going to try to get an internship with The Richards Group in Dallas. They are one of if not the biggest advertising firms in the business. How awesome would it be to intern with the biggest? It might be hard but i figure if Will Smith can do it in pursuit of happyness, then why not me?
And lastly... the kings suck, the giants suck, the raiders suck... what a tough sports life for me right now. I also would like to announce a new favorite team to the list because Todd and Kaden say I need a college team to pull for...
USC Trojans! I guess that is my team. Now i dont mean in football, thats not fair i dont jump the band wagon but I am going to be pulling for the basketball team this year and from now on.
Oh and lastly for real... SAM golf tournament is monday, i hope it goes well we busted our butts but the city of Searcy is not very business oriented and really pretty much stupid and doesnt like advertisments or charity.

| Well its friday, I was sick all night wednesday and didnt go to class on thursday. I am ready for a fun weekend, not sure what I am going to do tonight but I feel a ton better. The Kings won last night so that makes 4 in a row. I think I have decided on Miami for Spring Break. My dad will probably fly in and meet me there, and we can go deep sea fishing and just enjoy the beach. Im about to head to bible and that sadens me a little bit because i know that Dr. Pryor is retiring after this semester. That guy lives to help young people and it is easy to see. He doesnt want anyone to make a mistake that they dont have to make. Well im off to class | | |
| Don Gaines is simply the best friend a guy could hope for. He is the man the myth and the legend. Today is my 22nd B-day and i dont really have a lot to show for my life. I mean Andrew Bynum of the lakers is 19 and its his 2 year in the NBA. King Arthur was married at 15 i got nothing. I guess if there were scouts scouting me for something they hopefully would say... this kid is full of potential! I guess its time in my life to start living up to my potential, its time to get out of school and start making money. Making dreams come true and making decisions on what color i want my house and what kind of counter tops. Its time to grow up! | | |
