Alright so here's what's goinng down, you ready for it? Cool!

Alright, so guess what I got to do this past weekend....I got to go hunting with my best buddy Phillip and let me tell you it was a BLASSSSTTTT omg I had a BUNCH of fun. Ok so we have this insane party on thursday night with like 40 people there, and if you werent there you missed out, so that was amazing. So the plan was that I just spend the night there and we leave in the morning. The party ended at 12 and we probably went to bed at like 2, and woke up at like 8:45, hehe not to bad, so then we leave for Eden, TX like around 11, and get to the ranch at about 3....Phillip's grandparents own the ranch so when we get there, his grandpa tells us that the deer feeder goes off at 4 pm, so we hurry  and get settled in and then head over to the deer blind and sat for a couple hours....While we were up there we were looking for a big buck that they had told Phillip about it was a pretty good sized 8 point buck, and it came out that night....When we saw it Phillip decided to take a shot at it, but missed which kinda sucked, but it was ok cause it gave us something to look forward to later on. So we get back to the house and decided to go rabbit hunting, we grabbed a 22 and a 410 shotgun and headed off, right as it was getting dark we saw a bunch of quail, so im like hey Im gonna take one of those guys out, and I did, it was an awsome shot, I nailed it with the 22 and like blew its shoulder off....hehe

So then we get home eat dinner and go to bed, we woke up the next morning at like 6 to get out to the blind again and hunt some more, we get there about 6:30 and wait for the feeder to go off, once again we saw the deer and once again it was REALLY far off and hard to shoot so we missed again.....this was kind of dissapointing cause we hoped to be able to process it that day...but we never got it. So we went back to the house and grabbed 2 12 gauges and went rabbit/quail/duck/anythingwesaw hunting =P And let me tell you, we saw like nothing, so we went to the ponds that they have on the property and see some ducks, and right when they were flying away I nailed one! It was SO cool, it went down and we had to finish it off, and we had it for dinner that night =)

Now the Really cool story was that night, I wasnt even supposed to go deer hunting cause it was Phillip's deer that we were after, but his grandparents said that I could go for a doe which was REALLY cool of them, so his grandparents taught Phillip how to drive a standard truck that day, and we took that out to the blind with us in case we got the deer. We get up in the blind at about 3:40 and waited...While we were waiting I said "Phillip, howabout we pray that we're able to get this deer today" and we did, and RIGHT in the middle of my prayer God answered with the really big doe that walked up BEFORE the feeder went off, which was pretty cool, cause it was kind of reasurrnce that he listened to our prayer, so we wait for the feeder to go off and 5 min after it did, Phillip's deer came RIGHT UP TO THE FEEDER! it gave us the most clear shot we could have wanted and Phillip nailed it!! So we were pretty syched, we put the deer in the truck and then we decided to wait longer for my doe...I prayed again that God would give me the right one, and we waited for about another hour, and it never came, so we decided to head back, and as we were heading back 2 doe run across the road RIGHT in front of us. I jump out of the truck really quick, loaded the gun and got one of them!!! IT WAS THE COOLEST THING! God answered both of our prayers in some pretty incredible ways, and we had a GREAT time! So yah, it was a great way to end the year =)
