I can't believe it is already here.  Tonight I leave for the hotel and tomorrow I fly to South Carolina for Basic Training.  I hope I am ready for this.  I am really excited about it but now that it is here I am feeling a little anxious .  I think it is not being sure of what is going to happen.  Well, I better get going, I still have to pack my very limited and small bag.  If any of you think about it pray for me.

So last night I felt my little niece or nephew.  Amy and Nathan got in and the baby was very active.  I think he was was excited to meet Aunt Melissa.  Doesn't that sound so cool?  I can't wait until April 5, or somewhere around there.   Matt and Christa are coming in from California tomorrow and will be here for a whole week.  It is so fun to have almost everyone home for Christmas.

My sister will not be around.  If you don't know she ran away the day I got back to Michigan after being in Ecuador all summer.  Things have just gotten worse between her and the rest of the family.  Basically she doesn't want any thing to do with any of us.  Thursday we found out that she was supposed to marry her uneducated, trailer trash boyfriend yesterday.  She doesn't have her birth certificate and I don't think she would have any clue as to how to get it from Kansas.  Hopefully that will keep her from getting married until God breaks her heart.  It is really sad.  I really miss the old Shelly.  She was never like this before.  She used to be the sweetest girl.  Oh well, I am done thinking about her for the day.  I try to limit myself in how much I think about her.  It just makes my blood pressure go up.

I am in Barbados right now.  It is very nice here.  The only thing is that I wish I had someone here.  I am greatful to my parents for bringing me but...

I went swiming with the sea turtles yesterday.  It was pretty cool.  I felt that was enough of a streach for me so I passed on swimming around the reef and a wreck.  I gotta go.
