Kind of like Tuesdays with Morrie, but....with Daniel.  I only say that because I had a long, encouraging, remindful and go-get-em talk on the phone with him regarding ministry and why we do what we do.  Really good stuff.  I couldn't even remember everything when I was recounting it to Chris, because there was so much good stuff in that one conversation.  And THEN...he keeps bugging me about reading his blog, which, as you all know, I haven't been on here in WAY too long.  So after our conversation I went and read up on all those old blogs I've been missing.  In that sense, I've heard a lot from Daniel today.  Hence, Tuesdays with Daniel.

3:16 was great on Sunday.  I do have to say I enjoyed the time surrounding the actual musical, because Heidi came down and I also got to meet, and host, the legendary Leanne.  Oh crap, I don't even know how to spell it!  well, let's just say, we were fast friends, but we didn't cover the spelling of the names. 

In other news, I'm watching the second half of The Godfather tonight.  crazy crazy crazy movie.  But I kind of like it!  I'm always intrigued by mafia movies, and I like classics.  except Star Wars.  You'll never ever get me to like Star Wars, or watch the whole thing through...  I'm just anti-sci-fi.   I can't help it!

Yes, folks.  That's really what I"m reading.  My least favorite thing in the WHOLE world is the litter box.  As a veteran cat owner, and one who currently owns 2 HUGE-NORMOUS cats, I decided we needed to do something drastic. 

I found this book at the library...my favorite place ever... and it was a serendipitous meeting.  I think I was getting a dvd, and then quickly browsing the nonfiction, and this book was sticking out of the shelf...obviously waiting for me to find it.  Super quick read, found everything I needed to know in about an hour, and off I went to Wal-Mart to buy the necessary supplies. 

And guess what folks? It only takes 3 weeks.  I'm at the end of week 1.  I should have them both potty-trained before Easter, if all goes well. 

NO MORE CAT LITTER!  (you can pray for us though...it's three very inconvenient weeks)
