| wow, it's been ages...
I guess I'll begin with...I'm going to med school next yr!!!!  I'm going to be a doctor! can you believe it!?! what a relief! I can relax and have fun and travel before school starts...I dont have to worry about writting letter after letter begging schools to let me in...I can breathe...
and not only am I going to med school...I'm going to one of my top choices!!! I'll be in southern ca, close to the beach and all the excitement and fun in LA, training at one of the busiest hospitals in the country, practicing my Spanish on a regular basis...could it get any better??? well, I suppose it would be better if it didnt cost so dang much...but I've already accepted the fact that I'll be in debt for the rest of my life
so anyhow, that's the most recent and exciting news...
tomorrow I'm off to death valley to escape the city, see beautiful wildflowers, wake up to amazing sunrises, eat stuffed campfire apples, and just enjoy nature...ahhhhhh....  | | |
| after finishing my 9 essays for Davis at 11:13PM the night they were due, I began checking websites...
and...
I got my first interview!!! WOOHOO!!!
so, looks like I'll be heading to michigan in december =D

| ouch, what a painful loss to ucla yesterday *tear*
over the past month or so, I've realized that I'm a golden bear at heart...and even if I were SOOO extremely lucky to get into another uc with a football team (i.e. ucla), I could never find myself yelling "go bruins!!!"...it just doesn't fit...in fact, more than not fitting, it makes me cringe inside...maybe the whole alumni thing makes the school spirit stronger...who knows, but whatever it is...GO BEARS!!! | | |
