I'm back in Portugal and it's good to be back.

The flight from LAX was uneventful despite the windy rainy weather that poured down California over the weekend. However, I am thankful that the plane didn't experience much turbulence from LAX to Heathrow and then agai n smooth skies on the way to Lisbon.

I continue to savor the memory of the six mile walk along the beach from oceanside pier towards Carlsbad on Friday morning, finding the perfect sand dollar which I gave to someone picking up shells near the surf and eating Colima's surf and turf burrito after the walk.
