  • Pictures...pictures...PICTURES!!!

    So I decided to take a trip down memory lane and look through the pictures that I had taken in the past 4 years at Michigan. I must say...the pictures I take per year grows dramatically with each passing year.
    (granted some might be from others so the numbers have been dropped a little...but still)
    Freshmen Year: ~880 pictures
    Sophomore Year: ~2000 pictures
    Junior Year: ~6900 pictures
    Senior Year: ~7100 pictures (and I was only around for half the year )


    I got tired and had to stop midway through Sophomore year...  I'll probably post some of my favorites later.

  • AFE 1...After Functional Exam 1

    .......usual feelings after taking a 100 question exam....
    ....tired....hopeful....apprehensive...etc.

    Things not to do while taking an exam:
    1) Keep a running tally in your mind of ones you know , ones you might know , and ones that you have no clue where the professor has taken the information from and are causing you panic attacks because you just realize that the third category outweighs the first two by A LOT .

    Ambiguous signs of performance:
    1) Initial run through the whole exam took only 1 1/2 hours for a 3 hour exam....


    Thankful thought:
    1) At least the professor was willing to walk around to answer questions and give clarification as opposed to the other professor from summer 1 who was adamant about NOT taking any questions even though her test warranted questions.

  • Study Music...

    So I am one of the ones who have to have some sort of ambient music/noise going on in the background as I study. I definitely can't study in total silence.
    Needless to say I have been lately been listening to the Transformers' Original Score for the past 10 hours straight as I try to study and learn biomechanics/joint structure and function/ muscle structure and function/ the shoulder complex/ the elbow and wrist complex/ for my exam.
    As amazing as the music is....I NEED SOMETHING NEW!!!
    Any suggestions? For study music definitely NO vocals (those are too distracting).


    Yeah this is a random post as a study break to help regear myself for a couple more hours.

  • 4th of July Fireworks

    Boston's 4th of July fireworks show = AMAZING!!!!
    Highlight of the show = Slow moving, sustained, lit fireworks leaving a carpet of sparkles (I have no clue how they can still go up, burn, but do it slowly)
    Too bad I didn't have my camera. :(
    Oh wells more incentive for you guys to come and visit. ^_^


    On another note, have been to 2 BBQ's this week so far with one more tomorrow.

  • WOW...SIMPLY...WOW

    Praise God!!!
    The one final that I had thought I bombed I actually PASSED!!!
    -->-->-->  (Pretty much that was the progression of my reaction when I checked my grade)
    Now there is a good chance that I will actually pass this class. (bar me actually failing the other final...then my mood will definitely crash...)
    AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
    Honestly, I can't comprehend how I actually passed the exam....
    wow....

    (I'M SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!)
