wow...my last post was in Feburary????  Dang...I really need to delete this thing..  Ok, yeah so I will...sometime soon.

Ok, so the only reason I'm even on this thing is cuase I'm board in Panama.  And there's nothing to do right now.  I think me and my sister might go out to the pool and swim..  (yes I need a tan desperately...)  So yeah, all my cousins are in school right now.  Their school year is way different then ours.  Their summer is Janurary through March.  So our schedules kinda clash a bit.  Anyway, just thought I'd say Hi. I think tonight we're going to a Spanish evagelical church which is gonna be awesome!!  It'll be like reliving Honduras!!  Anyway, that's what's new right now.  Not that anyone reads this thing anymore.  I was just real bored.  Ok, well talk to you people later.  Who knows, I may even update again....this week!!! lol

Love ya'll,

Hey people!  Que sopa???

Sorry about the random Spanish there...my cousin is here from Panama and I find myself randomly speaking Spanish. It's great!!  Anyway, yeah...there's really not much to say.  Acquire The Fire was awesome and I was challenged in many ways pertaining to my walk with the Lord.  I was also awesome to see Jessica and Mr. and Mrs. Williams!!  And then of course it was awesome hangin out with Cassidy, Chris, MrG, and of course my Dad and brothers.

So yeah...my life's been pretty uneventful these past few weeks.  Just doing a lot of school and trying to get prepared for Honduras. The Thailand presentation is this Sunday at church, and I can't wait to see the different members of the team that are coming in from out of town!!!  That is gonna be sooo awesome!!

Well, after burning two batches of cookies, Latt and I are off to watch a movie. Ah....the aroma of charcoal like cookies is so appetizing!!  Actually I think I'll go grab some ice-cream....  Well I'll talk to you people later!!  Love ya'll!

Wow...thanks for the comments guys!  I think when someone posts every 3 months or so they tend to get more comments or whatever...lol  Funny how it works that way.  Anyway....this week has been good.  Kinda slow, while I'm getting back into school and trying to meet deadlines.

But I'm leaving at noon to go to Aquire The Fire in Norfolk all weekend. We're staying with the Williams!!  So I'll get to see Jess and Mr. and Mrs. Williams again!  And on Sunday we're going to help them do a Thailand presentation at their church.  I can't wait, it'll be really awesome.  haha...I have to figure out what I'm saying though....but that's what the car rides for.  lol  So the people who are going are Mr Gilbert, my dad, Daniel Pratt, Chris Stone, Nathan Pratt, and Casidy Spann.  Yeah, it'll be fun, and I'm looking forward to it even if the bands aren't that great....It's about God right??  =)  Ok, well I gotta go finish some school before I leave.  Ha...and I gotta pack before I leave for the Gilbert's in like an hour.  Ok, well love you guys and talk to ya'll later!  Sorry for the lame post!!

Ok, so it's way time for another update.  Yeah, sorry about that.  I should have deleted this thing awhile ago, but I was too lazy.

Anyway, I just got back from Thailand on Monday, and wow, it was yet again an amazing experience. The team of 18 teens was absolutely wonderful, and I think we all got along really well despite the size. We left from DC and went to Bangkok and from there to Chiang Mai.  Every year in Chiang Mai they hold a conference and people serving in Asia come and learn about homeschooling and most of all fellowship with fellow believers which is something they only get to do once a year.  Our team provided the childcare and some of the teaching for the childcare program.  And let me tell you, those were no ordinary babysitting jobs, those days were looong.  But it was awesome to be able to talk to these kids who don't really have a home and are moving around all the time, constantly having to learn new languages. It's always so humbling to go to these confrences and have parents thank you profusely for watching they're kids, and here they're out on the field every other day of the year all alone.  Most of these people have no other belivers surrounding them, and alot of them leave the  missions field because it's just too hard to raise a family and misnister all alone.  All of this just causes me to realize how much I take for granted here in America.  Here I have the freedom of worship and other belivers to encourage me in my walk with Christ.  Most of these missionaries don't have this.  Needless to say, it was an awesome trip, and to all you Thailand people I miss you guys tons and will be thinking of you when my jet-lag kicks in and I'm awake at like 4 in the morning.  I enjoyed getting to know and serving alongside each and every one of you. I love you guys tons!  Ya'll are awesome!  I hope to see some of you guys again next year!! I'll get some pictures of the trip up here soon.  My dad hasn't uploaded ours onto the computer yet...

P.S. I'm really missing those crazy late night roti runs followed by late night parties in the hall!!

(Here's the verse I've been meditating on since I got back.)

Romans 12:1-2

1Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. 2Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Yay!  Finished with my lit exam!  Ok so another test checked off the list...now I need to do a bunch of math and study for yet another history test...fun stuff.  Well HTS was good, Chris and Linzy are back!  (yay!)  Keep praying for them guys, they're stinkin tired and they have alot of school to catch up on...anyway..we made a poster today for Renee's birthday.  I'm so jealous of Sarah!  Sarah and Haley i believe are going to visit Renee at Wheaton with Mrs. Shear this weekend.  That should be awesome to see her again...man I miss her...

Oh we won our game tonight...that was...good...now we need to win the next two this week, and we'll be in better standings for the tournament...

Well I'm gonna go see who won the game tonight.  I'm really mad I missed it!  As soon as I left to do my exam the White Sox came back and tied it up I think...I couldn't hear the TV very well in here. I know Dru will correct me if I'm wrong...lol  But I kinda hope Houston won...just to make things more interesting.  Well good night!  I have class in the morning...or rather a few hours, so I'm gonna head to bed. Talk to you people later...
