Wow, I've neglected this for months. I've lost about 15 lbs since I took my break from xanga which is okay but I know I could do better, its been awhile. Right now I am in the middle of ending a 5 year relationship, over actually and the only thing I think that can get me through this is ANA. She's helped before.

I am really looking for a challenge or fasting buddy. I am sticking to under 200 cal a day, 1/2 of which come from my fat free milk I put in the gallon of coffee I drink a day.

I'm 24, newly single and want to look my best for Halloween, then my birthday in Dec and I want to kick ass when I go to Vegas for Spring Break. Stay strong girls!!

Well its been a couple of days since I've posted. I've been doing super well with working out, I'm so proud. That's always been the hardest part for me. I've been keeping under 500 cal a day, which, while NOT ideal, I've been burning more than 500 working out a day too. We'll see how results work. I keep reminding myself that just because I worked out a couple of days doesn't yet mean the scale will be that different. SO,  I'm not letting myself look at the scale for another week, which, for me, is forever! Wish me luck, I'm off to workout with my very skinny friend .

I can never go wrong with some Kate thinspo!

Pretty good day. About to run out door to do my 2 mi walk then off to Pilates. Had a total of 325 cal today and I was super anal about keeping track of exact amount. I hope to burn most of those off in a minute here. Since I am only walking 2 mi I don't know how much that will actually burn but I will go as fast as I can.

My friends want me to go out tonight. I don't know how to say no to them. If I do go out I will have no more than 3 beers, Coors Lt so those have about 102 cal per beer. I'll probably smoke a lot, I know cigs = bad, but I think they're  better than cals. Alright, have a good night  I am off. Some thinspo, a fav pic of mine and I am sure many of yours:
