K.O. the AXA interview. The two interviewers are both actuarial staff....... at first, it seemed that they just asked random questions off the top of their heads. And then, they focused on my job experience and my knowledge on insurance. I think I did quite well except for the question about if there's reserve for health insurance and what's the difference between life and health ins..........
Besides, they asked me some traditional questions like why they should choose me but not my classmates and if I would choose AIA over AXA. (Honestly I would choose AXA coz the working environment of AIA really sucks n AXA's summer term starts in late June, which means that I would have some buffer time to take a nice REST after SOA exam.)
I learned that the earliest time to learn of the application result is one week later and the latest time is one month later. Ha! What a long process, man!
The whole interview took me 45mins...... it's pretty draining indeed..........with those two guys asking me tricky questions non-stop.

After that, I went shopping in Causeway Bay for some 2 hrs~~~ bought a nice minnie T-shirt ^___^ and then had Yummmmmmmy SaShImI at ³½¤@¤B~~~ my first visit there since I'm back in HK~~~~ An assorted sashimi set cost like 150. It brought back memory of SUSHI ON BLOOR, where a 24-piece sashimi set was served fresh at ~HK$ 120 only~~~~Oh no, I miss Toronto~~
The dinner was not quite filling........hence it's a good excuse to hit Haagen Dazs for some nice ice-cream desserts. I felt so guilty after filling myself with the 2.5 scoops......
Read the feature in Ming Pao about ©P¼z±Ó. Brought back memories of seeing her in person while she's on a shopping mall show when I was a primary student. Oh~envy! How can she still be so BEEUOOtiful and ellegant? She's basically a Goddess!
I look basically like a GIANT PANDA now.....bought some eye masks off DHC.........wholeheartedly hope my eyes are shinny again soon. |
