| In true fashion, I find myself here every few months, on a lazy rainy evening with nothing to do. Can't believe how close Christmas is around the corner, and can't wait. I'm really looking forward to taking 1 or hopefully 2 full weeks off and just chilling out in Whistler.

| Well, I'm sick with a cold, sore throat, runny noise, snot filled head, and a headache to boot, and nothing to do but surf the net only to find my guilty self here. Sorry Terra! Guess it's been a while. At least good 'ol xanga still accepts my account even though it hasn't been logged into for a looooong while!
Well, what can I say about my life? For one, it's definitely been an absolute pleasure having Terra around our office. She's taken a huge load off of my hands and is unbelievably efficient, regarless of the piles and piles of work we load on her plate! Thanks babe! We couldn't do it without ya! Or, wouldn't, I guess!
So I'm off to Costa Rica Oct 7-Oct 16th for a little vacation, and then off to Aspen to visit Amber in January...pretty excited to get traveling again. It's been a while.
In other news, I'm enjoying the single life, to an extent, I guess! haha It's amazing how one minute you're loving it, and the next you're hating it! Guess it fits with my life in general though.
On another note, there's plenty of great shows coming to Van this fall, including Feist, Arcade Fire, Death Cab, New Pornographers, and much more! I'm going to go broke if I attempt to see all of them.
Happy Partying to all my single friends!

| So much for me blogging about my life as I obviously suck at adding new entries. My life of June/July 2005 has so far consisted of working 6-7 days a week, with little time to do anything for myself, much less blog.
I actually took my first weekend off last weekend and immediately jetted as far away from work and the city as I could possibly get: to the infamous Calgary Stampede. There I kicked back with my friend Nya in the most beautiful and peaceful countryside in Canada, Bearspaw, Alberta. I also finally got to experience the also infamous Cowboys Bar, where I saw nothing but fake flying tities and a whole lot of cheese dicks. "Riot" would be the only word to describe the absolute debauchery more or less caused by rich oil field owners and horny cowboys accompanied by generous libations. Well, it's back to work! By the way, thanks again T-dawg for updating my photo. Nice pic!

| Hahaha I just read my last 3 blogs - all written by Terra! Hilarious. And by the way Terra, thanks for the photo update of me and my now ex-boyfriend Tosh. Unfortunately May 24 long weekend (2005) comprised of, oh at least, 5 buckets of tears, packing and moving out of my current home with Tosh, and of course, the big split. Sucks a big one. Especially when we still both love each other but know that it's just not working :( | | |
| As transcribed by Terra because I'm too lazy - um, I mean busy - to blog (and am currently driving up to Whistler while talking on the phone with her)...
You have to see this movie. It's so funny! Ok, there may have been a couple parts where they took it a bit far, but I still haven't laughed this hard through a movie in while.
My finger is doing much better... the tip is even starting to grow back. I know, EW. But at least the cucumber sized bandage is gone now. | | |
